    Clean Quik Carpet Service
I called right before Christmas to try and have my carpets cleaned before the holidays. To my suprise they could get it done before all my guests arrived! JR came out and was very professional and had a great sense of humor. The man that came out was also professional and took great care of my home and made sure I was happy before leaving. I would reccomend this company to anyone!

    Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services
Coit was quick to schedule the work, arrived within the time window specified, called prior to arrival, and did a good job cleaning the carpets.  Probably could have saved a few dollars if I had shopped around or been willing to wait a week, but Coit was quick to respond and did a great job.  This is the second time I've used Coit.  I can depend on them to be responsive and do a good job.

    Pro-Care
Pro-Care knew we in a bit of a hurry as we were preparing to show our house for sale.  They worked with us to give us a schedule that would work.
The came out did the work, fixing the stretched carpet.  They even went beyond just that.  They spotted a couple stairs that had some stretch in them we weren't even aware of  and fixed those too, and for no additional charge.
They were nice guys and they obviously cared about doing the job right.

    MASTER'S TOUCH CLEANING & RESTORATION
Very professional service, carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction... we got bids from several companies to clean 6 rooms and a long hallway... we started with those who offered and quot;lowand quot; prices for three rooms but when we got the bids, it was amazing how the prices came back much higher... Master's touch spent the time to go over their bid with us and in the end, they were only a few dollars different. We really liked their service and will definitely use them again.

    Affordable Home Services, Inc.
I called 5 Star a few days ago and arranged for them to come at 5 PM yesterday. They were right on time. Clean cut and very professional cleaning.  I just walked around this morning and looked it over.  It was an excellent job.  I will certainly use them in my new townhome when I need their services.

    Carpet Technologies
The Carpet Technologies worker cleaned the carpet in our room and then he cleaned it again outside for me. He likes to take them back and really do a good cleaning at the shop and I told him I don't have time because we were moving. It went good, no complaints.

    Fantastic Floorz
We bought a home, and wanted to get the carpets cleaned throughout prior to moving.
Provider was running late (appreciated that they called well ahead to warn me). They were considerably later than even they predicted, but that was because of bad traffic (confirmed!). One of the first things they asked me was if they could dump the dirty water from someone else's cleaning in my yard.
I really liked that it was advertised they did multiple dry passes so we could be back on our carpets faster. Typical dry time was expected to be between 6-12 hrs, so we had the carpets done Friday afternoon, with move-in planned for Saturday.
Provider noted at beginning that the carpet were unusual - dense polyester instead of typical nylon(?)...so they used a different machine to clean them, one that spins (instead of just blowing steam and sucking it up). This means the multiple dry passes were no longer part of it.
It took 3 days for the carpets to be completely dry, with air on, fans on, and eventually 3 dehumidifiers. We had to postpone much of our move. Most of the carpets were not in bad shape in the first place, but where the stains were, they remained. The chair also did not come clean much at all. In fairness, the chair had 9 yrs of stains (even though it had been stain guarded when bought).
Basically, I paid to get my carpets wet and be delayed 2 days in my move, with none of the expected benefits.
I appreciated that they worked with me on very short notice. I suspect the job may have been subcontracted though....
I am very impressed with the owner, who has been fair and very responsive in trying to reconcile the issues. I recognize that the men did come and do the work and have to be paid, and so I tried to be fair as well and only asked them to compensate me a small portion of the bill to offset money lost with the delayed move.
If you have a normal carpet - they probably do a wonderful job.

    Swan Floor Care
He showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. Considering the condition the carpet was in I think he did the best job that anyone could ask for. He was quick and efficient and very professional. Maybe I'm being too h****** price by giving him a "C". I guess the 3-room+hall for $89 is a loss-leader to get the job but the two add-on sections were over twice the cost of the original deal and were less than the original area (but I will allow that stairs are a pain). I'm normally a do-it-myself-er and was attracted to the low price for the Big Deal and willingly agreed to the add-on fees for the extra areas, but overall I think I could have done it myself  for way less but would have had to do it all myself. For anyone that isn't a do-it-yoursellf-er like me, and only needs the area covered by the Big Deal I think they are a great value and well worth the money.

    Professional Carpet Care
I contacted the company as two of the spots returned about a week and a half after the cleaning.  The person who took the call said they would contact me to get the touch up completed.  I never received a response and no one has ever called to deliver on the promise.  What was a good job initially will make me hesitant to recommend the company or use them again.  Promises made should be promises kept.

    Stars and Stripes Services Inc
I live in a large house in an upscale subdivision.  I'm careful about who works in my home. The techs came out and gave me a price.  I immediately approved the price.  I've used several different carpet cleaners and the price Stars & Stripes quoted was much better.  They cleaned my carpets, area rugs and air vents/air ducts.  They got out the dirt and even the pet stains.  They took my area rugs with them to clean and returned them two days earlier than promised.  The techs were clean cut and very professional. The owner, Jermie England called to check on their performance the day of the carpet cleaning and again after the area rugs were delivered.  I highly recommend Stars and Stripes.
