He also sent pictures of what our completed landscape would look like. The irrigation and landscaping was installed over three days. Todd came back to make sure everything was done properly and to confirm we were happy with the work.

    B & E Irrigation
    I���ve used B&E Irrigation���s service for over 10 years now and even though the quality of service has degraded and reviews with B&E issues in my neighborhood has increased in the past few years I���ve stuck with them until now. On March 15th, the tech showed up to activate my sprinklers and notified me upon arrival then departed 15-20 minutes later. Having left for spring break the following morning, I didn���t notice a leak in one of the sprinkler heads until my return a week later. I contacted B&E Sat morning and per their messaging system was connected to the tech on duty for emergency issues. It went straight to voicemail and I left a message; I tried the number 3 subsequent times that day and each went to voicemail. I never received a call back. Additionally by this time I received the invoice ��� which should have been $45 for the activation and instead was for $137. I was charged for work that I was not informed needed to be done so did not authorize; and still really have no idea what was done. I was also charged for an hour���s worth of the tech���s time when he was gone within 20 minutes of arrival. The same B&E tech who didn���t return any calls over the weekend showed up unannounced Monday. It took him a few minutes to determine that the original tech didn���t tighten the valve when he did the work on 3/15 which is what caused the leak. He informed me that it was a small leak so shouldn���t have used much water over the week (of course no credit offered even though it was their screw up). The second tech was also in & out within 15 minutes. All of it is unacceptable! I would strongly recommend that customers stay away from B&E: ��� Their customer service has deteriorated to pathetic standards ��� no emergency assistance; no returned phone calls, emails over invoicing issues (pay what was billed; no credit for leaks even though they caused it; etc); work done without customer authorization. ��� The county���s water company will no longer allow vendors to perform backflow testing so that will cut into their revenue. I have never had work authorization or invoicing issues before this with B&E. My personal opinion is that this work did not need to be done (and is why the tech didn���t bother to inform me of it) but it provided a way to fill a lost revenue stream. This is a very different company than it was even a few years ago. There are too many other quality irrigation vendors that could be used to risk the bad treatment you���ll most likely get with B&E.

    This guy is AWESOME - Really Great. He IMMEDIATELY responded when I put in my request - set an appointment for just a couple days later and showed up when he said he would. I had a leak in my system that another company couldn't find. They referred me to American Leak Detectors who do nothing but find leaks. They couldn't find the leak! This guy found the leak and repaired it within an hour of being at my house!!! And his bill was incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend him more highly. Trustworthy, professional, honest, affordable. Simply GREAT!

    I finally hit the jackpot with a contractor in L.A. Scapes. We have had serious issues with drainage in our backyard and heavy rains last year made it significantly worse. Ashley came out multiple times to inspect and measure the yard before preparing a quote. Initially we thought we'd have to have French drains running the length of our yard, but after following his suggestion to take a closer look, it turned out we simply needed our drainage pipes re-routed. They were incredibly careful about digging up our landscaping beds - in fact, you can't even SEE where they pulled back the mulch and plants to access the piping. After installing new pop-ups, they leveled the yard and laid down new sod. The yard looks amazing. Letisia kept us informed of everything going on, Ashley made us aware of some issues they ran into promptly, and they made us feel like our job and our home were important to them. We've owned five homes in three states and in our time as homeowners, L.A. Scapes is the BEST contractor I have ever hired. They did such an awesome job, we've asked them to come back this spring and install a tree line and other landscaping for us. I'd recommend them to anyone in heartbeat.

    Gardens of Babylon Landscapes
    Several weeks after arriving at our new location, a bill from Gardens was forwarded to our new home in New Mexico for turning the irrigation system on at our old address. I called immediately to let them know we no longer owned the home - the system belongs to someone else! They indicated they'd go back and shut it off. TODAY, six months later, I received an email letting me know the irrigation winterization is scheduled for tomorrow. Really?!!! I called again and told someone AGAIN that we no longer own that home. The explanation was that their system is automated. No excuse! I shouldn't have had to call three times to end a contract. They may be good at gardening, but obviously additional tech training is needed to handle accounts in a business-like manner.

    Received a quote and was ready to move forward and schedule installation. Spoke with Theresa and she left a message for them to call me back...never heard back. Left another message a few days later, and no response in almost another week. Guess they don't need or want the business.

    Nashville Irrigation did a great job! The employees who worked on my property were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. As the job was progressing, Joe Roberto did a great job of communicating with me about the extent of the damage and the cost to repair the damage. Given the extent of the damage to my sprinkler system and the amount of time they spent at my property to make sure that the system was working properly, I think that the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend the company and I plan on using them again in the future.

    Alex was very responsive at my initial inquiry and came out right away to provide an estimate. He followed up with a detailed written estimate and then kept us posted all along the way on when it would be installed given the weather wasn't cooperating and we had to be pushed back a few times. When they came Alex and team were professional, courteous and left our yard in good condition ready for new seed. We are very pleased with the work and look forward to working with him on the regular maintenance of the system.
