    Earthscapes
We are very pleased with our experience with Earthscapes. Todd (owner) came out to inspect area and quickly sent a proposal to us. He also sent pictures of what our completed landscape would look like. The irrigation and landscaping was installed over three days. Todd came back to make sure everything was done properly and to confirm we were happy with the work.

    Crenshaw Landscaping
I asked Mr. Crenshaw about pining the edge of the sod that is on an incline in order to keep the rain from rolling it back and also getting underneath the sod, keeping it from adhering. He said if that happened he would come back and pin it. As you can see in the photograph, that's exactly what happened. I did not call Mr. Crenshaw to come back

    B & E Irrigation
Ive used B&E Irrigations service for over 10 years now and even though the quality of service has degraded and reviews with B&E issues in my neighborhood has increased in the past few years Ive stuck with them until now. On March 15th, the tech showed up to activate my sprinklers and notified me upon arrival then departed 15-20 minutes later. Having left for spring break the following morning, I didnt notice a leak in one of the sprinkler heads until my return a week later. I contacted B&E Sat morning and per their messaging system was connected to the tech on duty for emergency issues. It went straight to voicemail and I left a message; I tried the number 3 subsequent times that day and each went to voicemail. I never received a call back. Additionally by this time I received the invoice which should have been $45 for the activation and instead was for $137. I was charged for work that I was not informed needed to be done so did not authorize; and still really have no idea what was done. I was also charged for an hours worth of the techs time when he was gone within 20 minutes of arrival. The same B&E tech who didnt return any calls over the weekend showed up unannounced Monday. It took him a few minutes to determine that the original tech didnt tighten the valve when he did the work on 3/15 which is what caused the leak. He informed me that it was a small leak so shouldnt have used much water over the week (of course no credit offered even though it was their screw up). The second tech was also in & out within 15 minutes. All of it is unacceptable! I would strongly recommend that customers stay away from B&E: Their customer service has deteriorated to pathetic standards no emergency assistance; no returned phone calls, emails over invoicing issues (pay what was billed; no credit for leaks even though they caused it; etc); work done without customer authorization. The countys water company will no longer allow vendors to perform backflow testing so that will cut into their revenue. I have never had work authorization or invoicing issues before this with B&E. My personal opinion is that this work did not need to be done (and is why the tech didnt bother to inform me of it) but it provided a way to fill a lost revenue stream. This is a very different company than it was even a few years ago. There are too many other quality irrigation vendors that could be used to risk the bad treatment youll most likely get with B&E.

All Summer Landscaping & Lawn Care
My wife and I used All Summer Landscaping earlier this summer and wanted to show you the HORRIBLE results of that work. All Summer Landscaping was asked to sod our upper yard, and instead of prepping it before laying the sod they just showed up and layed it directly on top of our old grass. In the process they also buried our sprinkler heads that they were to de-winterize before laying the sod. Needless to say all the sod began dying immediately and within weeks we were left with this in our upper backyard. Both the Manager and the owner came out, and tried to blame the dead grass on our soil or anything else to avoid being responsible. However, they both reluctantly admitted it was their fault and the owner asked if we would update our review to be more positive he would come and fix our lawn. We agreed and removed all reviews, as we felt it was misleading to put positive reviews when we've yet to get our lawn replaced. UPDATE 09-21-18: Well the owner after agreeing to honor his end of the deal, has now gone silent and refuses to return our calls. As such, we feel we need to share our experience with this company, and what we got for $3,000. Wish you luck if you use this company.

Great! Complicated by the fact that everything had to be long-distance (long story, but I'm currently in Texas and my project is in Tennessee),Mr.Zotelli was very responsive and helpful.I would definitely hire him again.

    Golden Landscapes Irrigation
This guy is AWESOME - Really Great. He IMMEDIATELY responded when I put in my request - set an appointment for just a couple days later and showed up when he said he would. I had a leak in my system that another company couldn't find. They referred me to American Leak Detectors who do nothing but find leaks. They couldn't find the leak! This guy found the leak and repaired it within an hour of being at my house!!! And his bill was incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend him more highly. Trustworthy, professional, honest, affordable. Simply GREAT!

Foriest Tree And Lawn Care, LLP
Foriest Tree and Lawn Care was recommended to me by my son-in-law. I acquired several estimates from various companies and Foriest's price was in the middle. The team of 4 men did excellent work, cleaned up and were very professional. They removed one tree completely but also cut and stacked the logs as requested. They carefully worked around fencing and cooling systems. I had several very tall trees that needed trimming on my three plus acres. They used a ladder bucket truck to reach these tall branches and it provided safety to the men. The stump grinders came on a separate day and did a great job also. They too were professional, punctual, and cleaned up when finished. I will use Foriest again and highly recommend them!
