    Landmark Services of Tennessee
We could not be more pleased With Landmark Services. We have never had a bad experience throughout the multiple projects over a 13 year span. I would not use anyone else for my home renovations and/or projects. I have complete trust in the service and integrity of the owner and people employed by the company. I highly recommend Landmark Services.

    G&B Carpentry
Lamar and the whole G&B team did a FANTASTIC job on my project. I am in the middle of a kitchen renovation down to the studs. They came in got everything prepped for drywall install, installed, and finished for paint. The team he used were all top notch Carlos, Tom, Antonio, Larry, etc. Lamar communicated each day to let me know who and when would be showing up. They showed up on time or even early! The workers were all super friendly and loved to talk. They loved their profession and working with G&B. They were able to get my kitchen paint ready in about 7 working days. I would not think twice about calling G&B to do my next project. Although, they may not be the cheapest (they are certainly not the most expensive either) I wouldn't worry as you know their end product will be near perfect and they will not leave the project until you are 100% satisfied with the work.

    DeRo Renovations, LLC
The project started out as Drywall only, as I was going to complete the painting, tile, and trim carpentry myself. Larry and his crew were very professional. Larry also provided competitive quotes that made it difficult to turn down even if I was to complete on my own. Larry also brought in a solid surface vendor, who I paid directly, to complete help complete my project. Additionally, Larry was able to suggest work around ideas for several issues that came up during the renovation due to previously existing framing and plumbing conditions. Overall, I had a pleasant experience which would only have been improved by timely decision making on my part.

    Mabry Drywall LLC
They promptly returned my call, came out to give a quote and when I was ready to have project completed they arrived promptly. The workmanship was exceptional. I am very pleased. Will be using them again to re-do a project done poorly by another company.

    All Trades Construction LLC
I initially opted to wash my hands of this company, but after finding out from a friend theyd posted photos of our home as examples of their work on social media, I felt it was appropriate to add our perspective. The final paint job is not their work, its mine, because his crew did a horrible job on it. Paint on the ceiling, all over the vanities in both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. I repainted and repaired nearly every surface they touched because whatever compound they used to patch holes started peeling from the walls (although they hadnt sanded or properly patched to begin with...merely painted over leaving huge marks all over our walls. Some holes werent even patched and some screws were left sticking outsee pics.) I found a splattered black mess all over the side of my toilet after they left; wouldnt scrub off. It almost looked like they cut the bolts down and failed to shield the porcelain. I texted him and after he agreed to replace it, he claimed he didnt think theyd done thatand maybe they didnt but theres no way they couldve installed it without seeing that all over the side of the piece. Instead of saying something, they put it in anyway and left it. Im not sure I understand the attention to detail others mentioned but that was a fairly large detail to overlook installing a brand new toilet. Jim installed three new faucets for us and all three leaked. They failed to put in gaskets on every single fixture. My dad found two of the three drain pipes for the sinks leaking in the vanities and in the upstairs bathroom--theyd actually installed the wrong size gasket. And they werent just a little off; it was twice the size it should have been but instead of going out to buy the correct size to do it right, they shoved it in and left it and allowed us to find and correct the leak they caused. I went to repaint the trim and found deep scratches on our closet doors; then discovered a couple pieces of wall trim they had simply just propped up against the wall--they hadn't even bothered to nail them down! Our kitchen backsplash was a nightmare; he left screws sticking out, the tile was uneven, and the edging around the windowsill was terrible. We had to pay another contractor to come back in and redo what All Trades did. I do NOT recommend this company. Further, the photos he posted were put up on April 28--over two weeks AFTER he walked out of our home and well after he knew how upset and disappointed we were with the quality of his work.

    Blackstone Painters
My wife and I purchased a 3300 square foot home that needed paint. But it also had many stress cracks and drywall tape had come undone. I had never had a house painted that needed so much work but Nathan and his guys delivered with flying colors (no pun intended). Even with unforeseen drywall repair that was happening while they were painting, they still repaired quickly and neatly. Looks incredible.. They did such an amazing job that we kept adding rooms and closets to have Nathan paint and it all came out better then we ever thought it could. Good work... good people. Thank you Nathan!.... and Eric..

    Ken Mabry Drywall LLc
Ken returned my phone call promptly. I sent him my address and he came by at the predetermined time to review the work. He was very friendly and you tell from his questions that he knew what he was doing. He sent me quote that evening and said they could actually start the job the next day since it was a relatively small job and they could work around some of their larger ones.. He showed up on time and explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were finished when they said they would be and did a really good job of cleaning up. They came back in two days after the drywall had cured. Some of my drywall installation was not the best and so a lot of mud was needed in some spots. They sanded the work after hanging plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. Cleaned up and away they went. One of my better experiences with tradesmen on a small job.

They were AMAZING! They were quick and did a quality job. Rob and Amanda are young but their professionalism, respect, hard work and quality surpassed their youthfulness. I have asked them to provide a quote for drywall work for our custom home we are planning on building later this year.
