    I was a little early for my appointment, so I was prepared to wait but I was called from the waiting room after a couple of minutes. Andrea made the dental cleaning more like a spa experience, with paraffin hand treatments and I forgot I was in a dentists' office while I was watching House Hunters during the cleaning. Every appointment is like this, and I have had some serious dental work done by Dr. Nabors. This is the first dentist I have had that I did not feel anxiety over visiting. I always leave that office smiling!

    It was great! I thought I had a cavity, so the office was able to get me in right away (without a cleaning, which I'll be going back to at a later date.) A hygienist took X-rays, and Dr. Follis came in to talk to me afterwards. It turns out that there was no cavity, it was a problem with my gums and Dr. Hollis gave me several options/scenarios. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Follis took a good bit of time to talk to me in an easy to understand and thorough manner. 
    I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist in the Cool-Springs area.

    I have not lived in the Nashville area for almost three years.  The office of Lee Palmer absolutely will not stop calling me despite my many clear and unambigious (and lately, profanity-laden) instructions to stop it.  It is because of this unending harrassment that I am now taking time out of my day to leave negative reviews everywhere I possibly can find to do so.
    Years ago I *was* a patient and only had one appointment before I decided to get away from him as quickly as possible.  He and his staff tried to strongarm me into more visits for unneeded dental appliances and services.  He informed me that my teeth showed signs of grinding, and that I would need a mouth guard.  No dentist before or after him agreed.  He also informed that I "needed" teeth whitening.
    I didn't ask for these services, I turned them down when he offered them, and yet his staff went ahead and scheduled appointments (two appointments on two different dates, shameless!) for me anyway, handing me reminder cards as I was leaving!  Unbelievable!  It is my opinion that Palmer takes advantage of living in the wealthiest county in Tennessee by pumping people (and their insurance companies) for as many services as possible, whether they are needed or not.

    Well.  What can you say about a cleaning?  Everyone is very nice, they have all the latest gadgets, and they know what they are doing. I like that they are willing to work with me on a long term plan and only do the work that is needed.

    I like my dentist and I've been going there for five or six years. I've seen both of them. I always have a good experience with them. They do general dentistry and on occasion they will refer me to a specialist. They remodeled and it's a beautiful office and their staff is very nice. Every once in a while they fall behind but, are usually prompt.

    He was rated A+ on Angie’s List. So far, everything turned out good. I like his bedside manner, personality, office staff, the responsiveness of the office, and the way he laid out a treatment plan. He gave me options. They are terribly accessible, available, and responsive to phone calls. It was a very pleasant experience considering what was going on. The office environment is very nice and pleasing. The referral was made and they got all the information in less than a week to the surgeon. When I went to see him, the ground work had already been laid. All the information was there. They are very prompt. I got my appointment. I was seen on time. I was never kept waiting. I would absolutely use him again in the future and I have recommended him already to other people.

    I've had really good experiences with him. I've been seeing him for over 10 years. He and his staff are very professional. They're just great. They're pleasant and everybody's very nice. I never have a long wait. They're always on time, which is pretty rare. It's walking distance from my office, which is nice. I'm happy with everyone there. I wouldn't go to them if it were otherwise.

    I was seen by Dr. Nirup Reddy and he loved my caps on my front teeth and asked where the work had been done. I explained that I was from Nashville and this was the first time for a dental appointment since my move. He said that a temporary would be made for my tooth and I would have an additional appointment for the permanent replacement. When I was sitting in the dental chair, I was looking at wallpaper with a beautiful scene of the ocean on it, but noticed the paper was ripped and was hanging off the wall in one area. Just because it was not as nice and modern as my other dentist, I was hoping it would be OK. The next thing I knew, he was going to put a METAL SILVER cap on my tooth and expected me to smile at all my new job interviews for the next two weeks. I told him NO and that I would need a temporary that matched my other teeth to the best of his ability. He spent the next THREE hours working on making a temporary. He was never able to glue the temporary in place and I left my four hour appointment with no temporary and in the same condition. His explanation was that he had too many patients and couldn't make one because of his lack of dental equipment. Needless to say, I didn't pay for the service and knew Angie's List would have my review to prevent others from a horrible, scary experience!

    She's a member of a group of dentists. I have another follow up visit in about a week. She's very personable, friendly and she is good at what she does. She didn't hurt when she gave me a shot to numb me up to go in and redo the root canal that I had. Her associate, her assistant, they were just both just really nice and made you feel at home and very friendly. It was number 1. She's extremely good at what she does.
