Our gym has CrossFit programs for every level! If you are new to CrossFit, we will start you in a foundations class where you will learn the basic fundmentals in an unintimidating environment. Or, if you are a more experienced athlete, we have classes that will push you to your limits, and help you achieve every goal you set for yourself. We know that injury is most people's number one concern when it comes to trying a new workout, but with years of knowledge and an onsite athletic trainer, you are in good hands.
