He is part of Baptist Medical Group. I just had a major cancer surgery and that's where I had the surgery. The staff are all really good. They are very professional. They have very good policies for courtesy. They have their own ABC list of, "Did we ask you this? Did we do this?" They've got them pasted in all the rooms. The staff has always been great. They have been courteous. They now have a secured patient portal called MyChart. So I can go online and I can ask my doctor any specific question. They have a policy to answer you within 24 hours. About 35% of the time it's within 24 hours but they do answer. So they have a patient secure portal, which is something I wish that my other doctors that aren't part of BMG would do. That's a big plus for the patient. You could make appointments, prescription refills, non-emergency questions and non-medical questions. They've got a whole category of things that you could use. They've put a lot of time into that and they just released it. They wanted to make sure that they had all their other clinics on board before they released MyChart. Eight days after they closed me up - I had a six or seven inch incision across my chest, it ruptured. It freaked me out. I was just getting a shower. I had to go back. I was taken to the hospital. It couldn't be closed back up again. It had to heal from the inside out. So for three months I had to put gauze down inside this hole on my chest and then the dressing on top of that, and the bandage on top of that. So it was really life changing when that happened. So, the oncology surgeon did not do a good job. It was really bad. That shouldn't have happened. I have this huge ugly scar.

My husband saw Dr. McDonald there and saw him last in April and I saw  Keith Anderson in February and we have made the comment, out of the number of times we have been in there, I am not used to a doctor's office being on time.  I tell you, every single time. It is kind of amazing. From what I understand they are both topnotch in their field.

He is excellent. I have been using him for years and years, our entire family does. I always enjoy him, he is funny. Always has a good bedside manner. He is thorough. He is top, he is great. Their office is very easy to find. Their staff is beautiful. They have some nurse practitioners that are just absolutely wonderful. You have a very comfortable wait if you have to. Very nicely appointed office. Availability is excellent.

I've been using them for 20 years at least or more. What kept me there for so long is because of the quality of service and the fact that the doctors are very competent. This is the type of practice in Memphis, Tennessee that is a huge practice. In other words, they have what my daughter calls the mother ship and the mother ship is a huge practice that when I go into, I go like I'm going to wait for hours but you know what, you can wait a long time but they have a little satellite practices. They don't do any outpatient surgery or anything at the satellite offices but they can do x-rays and physical therapy and have an office visit so I am able to again go to Collierville, Tennessee to one of their satellite offices and that's been a very good experience because it helps a little bit with the time. They see a massive amount of patients. Sometimes it can take a while to get an appointment. I hate the office just it's because it's so crowded. I've only had to wait a few times. When you're talking to the doctor, sometimes you just forget something. If you forget to ask a question or you leave the office and then you say that you have to go for an MRI and I'm wondering what's going to happen. If you need to know something, you can call them and you will get a response from one of the staff. They are very good about responding.

Every negative review regarding this doctor is true. I stuck it out going to her for as long as I could. The staff is unprofessional. The staff turnover is constant. Staff talking about other staff employees was witnessed. Appointment times were never honored. Mistakes were continuously made with my appointments, blood work and billing. Really don't know how Dr Ganguli stays in business. Would never recommend her.

They are very nice here.  It always takes a while to get in to be seen, especially Dr. Elsea.  They do very well with normal issues like x-rays, broken bones, sinus infection...  anything that needs more diagnosis, she sends to a specialist, more so than I would think necessary.  Does a LOT of blood tests.

I like her but her practice is busy so sometimes you need to wait.  So I either try to make my appointments with the lot or the last lot of the day.  She seems to know her stuff.  Sometimes the younger ones have to go look up stuff but with Dr. Woodall, she does not need to do that.

They couldn't be more efficient and they couldn't be more prompt. Their environment there is very good.
