    It went very badly. The company never encased the unit, exposing it to dust etc... causing it to over work and potential burning up. It took 4 months for me to get a receipt and they never provided warranty docs. Billy Worthington became profane while returning one my calls. He changed the original agreement on the receipt from 10 years parts warranty to 5 years and 2 years labor warranty to 1 year. They installed a low quality unit outside worth much less than what they said they would install. I was out of state at the time of the install and did not inspect it until the tenants moved out a year later as they said everything was working well.

    It was wonderful! I was so worried he would have to come back next week with a part or something. And I was concerned the cost would be outrageous being the weekend. But Robby quoted a reasonable cost prior to doing the work and it ended up easier than he expected so the cost was almost half of what he quoted. I am thrilled. As I am typing this review the AC is working great! Thanks Robby!

    Price was within $10.00 of estimate. Came 10 minutes early ON THE AGREED DAY. Cleaned up left over material. Ask if I wanted any of it. Or did I want him to haul away. Helper was polite. Both answered questions with NO attitude. Work completed in estimated time frame. Would call again and recommend to guy and lady friends. They didn't talk down to me when explaining something I had NO CLUE about. I respect that.

    The original call was placed back in September of 2013 in which the owner
    Responded promptly and came to the house and diagnosed the problem. He said he filled up the freon level and this would hold me till he ordered the replacement coil. I asked him what the cost would be and he stated a couple hundred dollars for labor and freon. He told me he would call as soon as the part came in.Starting in DecemberI noticed my power bill was a little more than normal bit thought nothing of it due to very cold weather. When the bill came the first of January it was double the previous year. I immediately called Aire Today because I realized the freon had all seeped out and had not heard from them in over 3 months. He stated the part was in and would come fix it that day. He did come fix it and left me the bill on my door as I was not home that day. Once arriving at home I looked over the bill and it was for $695.00! I waited a few weeks and received another bill from them for services rendered. At that point I called and spoke to his wife And explained to her because he had not followed through with calling me back when the part came in I had to powebills that exceeded $300 over my normal bills and would like the amount removed from the balance. She did not understand how this was their fault and refused to do so so I asked her to have him call me to discuss. I waited for 2 weeks and never got a call back. I paid the bill and explained that ones reputation is worth far more than a little money. I would not use again under any circumstances!

    The initial responce was excellent. I received an immediate call back and appointment which was kept. The temporary fix was done asap to get the AC back into operation to provide cooling relief. The explanation of the temporary fix and long term options and costs were clear and understandable. At no time did I feel pressured. After I made the decision for a new and improved replacement system, I received a next day appointment for installation. The installation was on time, professional and neat. I was impressed with the necessary duct modifications and routing of the new line set necessary to fit, both functionally and esthetically.

    I would recommend the provider to be considered by others.

    I was given 3 different estimates for 3 different units, and they explained the differences in the units and answered all my questions. On the day of the setup they arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day; it took about 6 or 7 hours for 3 techs to replace the heat pump outside and the air handler inside and modify some duct work in the attic. All of the techs were professional. The only part of this process that could have been better is their communication throughout this process. After deciding which unit to purchase on a Monday they told me they would have to order the unit and the install would probably be on that Thursday or Friday. I had told them that I needed to know the day of the install so I could arrange to be of work; I had not heard from them by Wednesday so I called and they then told me the unit was on back order and the install would be the following Monday or Tuesday. Again, I had to call them on Friday to find out the status of the ordered unit and day of installation instead of the contacting me with that information. They completed the installation on the following Tuesday.

    I don't think they could have done any better. They were superior.We had problems with our air conditioning for three or four years and we've had two different companies come and they charged us a great deal of money trying to find out what was wrong with our system. And it turns out, after the technician came, and he just cleaned it properly and thoroughly, that the companies before just did shoddy work and charged exorbitant prices. All our problems disappeared after the cleaning. Advanced Heating and Air fixed all our problems for a reasonable price. We will use that company from now on. I'm very impressed. They were very professional and they came when they said they would and on time. The technician was very professional and courteous as well as thorough. They pretty much typify what I think a business should be.

    This guy is a perfectionist. He did things so perfectly. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty. The old valves did not have gauges on them. He put gauges on the new ones so that I could monitor the pressure myself. He made sure everything was clean and neat when he left. You wouldn't have even known he was there. I took a picture of the work when he was done because of how good it was. It was perfect.
