All American Plumbing came out to our rented cabin on the 23rd and 24th of December, even at the expense of their own planned vacation, and replaced a thoroughly dead water heater. Their service, professionalism, and willingness to work long hours on a holiday were greatly appreciated. (Tennessee tap water is pretty cold in December.)

Ugh, our old bathroom pipe was completely corroded. Tim tried to clear it but the pipe was a lost cause. I don't envy the man for having to do this job, but he did and with no complaints--he was friendly and respectful and explained/showed me exactly why it couldn't be repaired.
