    I'm okay with them although I had minor issues. They send emails when their prescriptions are due to be refilled. However, the last couple of times, it was not correct. I don't have anything to compare it to in terms of price.

    went OK - multiple doctors and facilities.  all bills paid in accordance with coverage.  Although, itnitially gaining authorization for physical therapy was difficult as the company wanted referral from the primary care physician instead of the orthopedic surgeon whcih really seemed odd.

    outstanding service - most effecient emergency room I've seen. triage was effecient and effective. waiting room was comfortable and patients were well managed. Immediate assist from the staff. Dr was prompt and quick to diagnose the problem and provide the right care. billing and follow-up were accurate and effecient as well.

    They always work him in any time that we call and even for a work-in the wait time is always very small. She is really good with children and always seems really concerned. They did not prescribe an antibiotic and seem to think it was a bug that would only last 3 days. So far he is not getting any better so we will have to wait and see when the 3 days is up.

    They were professional. They tried to make her comfortable as much as possible. We had a little problem with their availability. They only have around 300 beds and they were full. The staffs were friendly. They understood that my wife was terminally ill, and they were extremely sympathetic.

    The appointments with the nurse practitioner are always wonderful. She listens to my concerns, makes practical suggestions, and works with us in regard to any treatments. The billing department, however, needs help. I know what my insurance covers and always pay my co-payment at the appointment time. I continually have to discuss bills with them that are not correct. Now they are sending bills threatening charges if they are not paid even though they cannot explain to me what the charges are for and why I owe money when everything is covered by my insurance. This is not a one-time occurrence but does not appear to be improving.

    They were very thorough and did a great job in identifying the problem and providing pain relief. Have also had other procedures done there and everything went well.

    Kroger stated an hour wait and then said they didn't have the medicine. Walgreens was great.
