They were courteous and respectful of my mother who had just gotten out of the hospital. They made suggestions for grab bars. They always showed up on time and they were neat! Big deal when you have a sick person in the house! I'd hire them again.

Wonderful Experience.  This is a very professional competent company.  They were prompt. Always on time and the work looks outstanding.  I am so glad we went with them.  I have had bad experiences with other companies over-promising but not delivering and/or not really having the skill to do the job.  Robert Toline and his crew are very skilled and delivered as promised. I will use them everytime on my future projects.

I had used this company before and even though the price was high I was pleased with the work and follow thru they did when the painter who was originally doing the job had a very bad accident and couldn't finish the job.  A new person was sent out to finish the job and I was pleased. That is why I hired them again.

The work on the deck was done but much slower than it should have been.  The stain ordered was the wrong color and it had to be ordered again and put over the area where the first stain was put.  There was only one man on the job and he had to carry off all the furniture and when the job was done, had to put it back on all by himself.  He was the man who had the bad accident years ago and I felt bad for him.  But I couldn't help as I had knee surgery.  Unfortunately, some of the furniture had to be dragged back on because of it being so heavy and that left dark marks on the deck.  The owner came out several times to look at it and decided that it was mud and that I had to wash it off.  So it was left that way and after buying TSP, I slowly did scrub off the dark marks, bad knee and all.  I wasn't pleased with that as two people should have been on the job.

I would use them again only if the job that needed to be done had the right number of people assigned to do it.

The original contract was signed 4/21/14.  Work began around 7/01/14. I had to call them to ask when they were starting the job.
Bathroom:  I designed a large shower, 6 feet wide.  The main ceramic tiles are 22" x 22" and resemble light granite.  There is a vertical mural on the back wall of (3) 20" x 20" tiles that look like dark highly grained stone.  A 4" border of multicolor dark/light mosiac surrounds the mural and ties the light stone to the dark mural.  The original border created a major problem.  The sample glass tile was on a brown background, but after installation, some tiles were blue and did not match the other tile.  The border was removed, another border was chosen and installed.  After some unexpected delays, the end result is exactly what I had envisioned and looks fabulous.  It really has a Wow factor.  The plumbing fixtures are brushed nickel with a shower head and hand shower.  Mike, the installer is very good at his job and easy to work with.  Mike also removed the popcorn ceiling from the bathroom.  What a messy job that was!  He did an excellent job on the completed ceiling.  I chose two vanity lights for over the sinks that had slate backs that matched the mural shower tile.  Two large mirrors were installed.  Mike did an outstanding job.
Deck:  Initially the deck (10' x 30') was to be power washed and stained.  After power washing, (deck is 19 years old) an old sap problem surfaced again.  Something else had to be done.  Only staining  the deck would not work.  I did some research and found a beautiful deck tile of cumaru exotic hardwood from www.advantagelumber.com.  The product is beautiful and much better quality than some of the composite decking.  AND less expensive.  Advantage Lumber was great to deal with.  A pallet of cumaru deck tiles was ordered and shipped.  Don and Toby were the men working on that project.  The old deck boards were removed  and additional joists were installed to accommodate the tile connectors.  Don was called to another job and Toby finished the deck.  Toby did an outstanding job of cutting and fitting the tiles around the posts.  The steps and landing were done in solid Cumaru boards.  After installation, Toby rolled on IPE oil.  This brought out the true beauty of the wood.  The end result is a remarkably beautiful deck surface.
I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and materials used.  The total cost was about $24,000, with the bathroom work costing around $16,000 and the deck about $8,000.  The total included $6,500 in materials I purchased outside the contract.
The workmen were respectful and easily adjusted to working with a woman.  They asked my opinion at each step and took in stride the changes in plans.

Russ did a fantastic job with the installation of our 12000 BTU mini split heat pump.  I did the preliminary work (basic unit location, drilling holes, etc.).  He did the installation of control wiring and tubing and then did all of the HVAC setup and test run.  Before the job, I hit him with many questions via e-mail and the phone, and he graciously addressed all of them.  He left the job site just as clean as when he got there.  Russ is a true professional and it was a pleasure to work alongside him for a few hours.

Work was performed in a timely manner exactly as agreed.  The driveway patch did not work the first time and they promptly returned to try another method for repairing cracks.  It seems to be working.  I would not hesitate to contract with Robert in the future.  They are not cheap, but they are very good and they will do the job properly.

When my old drop-in stove gave out, the cabinetry had to be refitted for a replacement slide-in stove as well as an overhead microwave and vent-less exhaust.  Mr. Moline was able to find a replacement that fit with the rest of my kitchen appliances and made suggestions as to the changes that would look the best and still offer the right set up for the kitchen's use.  I have been very pleased with the result of his efforts and would definitely call on him again for other projects.

Once the subcontractor started the process, there was some time between design and delivery.  However, we were clear that we were not in a hurry, so we were fine with the time it took.  Mike helped us decide what design to complete and helped us visualize what the finished units would be like.  He also helped us decide on the stain to match existing woodwork and wood flooring.  No detail was too small.  He was innovative with the glass cabinet part with glass shelves and remote controlled light fixtures which eliminated the need for major rewiring and was able to use existing (hidden) outlets. When completed, we did ask for additional adjustable shelves which are being completed.  We probably should have nailed that down (no pun) before the finish.  Even so, Mike was more than willing to make the shelves (without charge if possible).
So from beginning to end, working with them was a real joy.  Professional and friendly.  I will definitely use them again!

He works out of his pickup truck. He collects a crew when he needs it. I highly recommend him. He is somebody I can call and I know he can always get the job done. Very reasonable. We really haven't had any problems at all. If I am not sure what to do or how to do it, he has some great ideas. The job comes out looking really, really good. He's a good guy. Somebody you can deal with, prompt, good work, reasonable.

aThe reason he was here  in the first place  was  for the short.  He came in and rapidly went from one room to the other checking all of the outlets.  This seemed odd to me and I questioned him.  He said it was standard practice when looking for a short. He also used the bathroom very often .   The guest bath he used was next to my bedroom .  The  chest where I keep my jewelry was in that room.  When he was in the bathroom we never heard  the toilet flush or water used.  He never  worked more than a couple of hours at a time saying he would have to go and pick up his daughters.     A week after  he left here  I was getting ready to go out and discovered some jewelry missing that I wanted to wear.     I  since learned  that  this happened to another person here in Crossville..  He advertizes as a handy man as well as an electrician.
