    Darwin got there quickly from Crossville. I heard (indirectly) all about his dog Otis (schnauzer) too. Car was delivered damage-free to tire shop (Shadden) in Crossville. My daughter could not say enough nice things about Mr. Darwin. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    I called Wayne Shadden and he put me onto Darwin at Scarlett Motors. Darwin drove to Knoxville, picked up daughter and car and took to Shadden. Wayne had the tires (Michelin) in stock (ours had 67,000 miles on them) and got everything done quickly. Also aligned front. Was very VERY satisfied and happy.

    This was a walk-in, no appointment visit. The counterman was very polite and efficient. He took my information, and got my car into the shop quickly. They found the cause of the leak and fixed it. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely use Shadden again.

    James said the wheel bearing was "far from being dangerous" but I still want it replaced because of the noise.  He said he could save me $50 if I could wait a week while he bought what was needed online.  What a guy!  Fair, honest, and his wife runs the office like a real pro.  We've only recently moved to the area and feel our 2003 vehicle with 245,000 miles is in GREAT hands.

    this actually occurred in 2010 in June.  We were on our way up 75 N from TN to Lima, OH and our truck had engine trouble and we limped off 75 on a Saturday morning before 8 am.  Using our phones, we went to 2 other places (closed or no Saturday Mechanic) before the Lord led us to Eddy.  We had 2 calves in a trailer and it was getting hot.  We had a deadline by noon to get to the cattle checked in at the show or our children (teenagers)  would be ineligible to show.  The truck needed parts and Eddy said "take my truck"  it was a new Chevy with a goose neck hitch for our trailer.  My husband said "we are going to be gone for a week!"  Eddy said - "I'll have your truck - you'll have mine"  It was not close to a trade - ours was much older. But Eddy was true to his word.  He had a FFA 4H tag on his truck.  He looked at the calves before he opened the hood of our truck.  He is a caring, kind man.  We were strangers and he treated us like family .  7 days later we came back with his truck - he had ours ready to go and I've told this story 100 times .     Based on the cost of the parts in the auto parts online catalogue, he procured all the parts with a very fair mark-up.  He was in contact with me for any work or part that had not already been discussed and approved.  On a 2,500 mile trip taken two days after the car came out of the shop, it ran better than it had run in years.  The car is a 2000 Buick Park Ave with 328,269 miles on it.  We had no problems on the trip mostly because of the conscientious work Ron did for us.

    The saleswoman was very professional and could answer our questions - we had talked with another company and the salesman did not answer our questions and left us frustrated.  When she went back to her office she emailed pictures of the installers.  The installers
    were professional.  There was a gliche and we called them back within 15 minutes to repair it and they did without a question.  The saleswoman called us back to follow up with us.  I was extremely impressed with the company and employees.

    Jackson and his crew tinted my 5th vehicle for me I use the ceramic tint which I recommend for the heat resistance blocks out 90% of the heat. Great products and super friendly, professional service. Have 2 more vehicles for them to do for me I drive over from crossville an hours drive but well worth it. I will continue to use them in the future. They also just opened a scrub shop right next door with great prices. Never know maybe I will see you there. Thank you again Jackson for putting a smile on my face and keeping the dun out. Tim

    The only problem with their was they didn't put my smart key inside my car but left it outside by the windshield wipers. It blew out on my way home and I couldn't restart the car when I got home. I had to go to the Kia dealer for a new smart key with a price of almost $300. Kent Tires was very good about it being their problem and picked up the tab. I would definitely go back to them.

    I needed a new refrigerator and searched for one that would fit in the sized space , I tried all the big box stores and they had me go online and check measurements of individual units. I went in to Crossville Tire and Appliance just because I was driving by and I told him my dilemma about the measurements. He named two models that would fit right off the top of his head and asked me to give him a few hours to see if there were any others. He found one additional one.
    I ordered it and he beat the big box store price, not by much but by an hour's pay! Delivery was a day later than I would have liked, they were having employee issues, but they came when they said they would be here and set up my unit and I am thrilled with the features and especially the fit. It is the largest unit available with the measurements I needed, I would have bought a much smaller unit had I not gone in and gotten their knowledgeable and professional advice.
