    This was through our warranty company. I would use them again even if I didn't have a warranty. They try their best to respond to our calls as quickly as possible. They are very understanding of our heating and air problem. I would recommend them to family and friends. Sometimes there's 4 or 3 sometimes there's 1.

    Had to call twice as the answering service did not forward my request the first time. However after the second call Rex, the owner, apologized and said he would be out the next morning. Overall all was Great!! Discovered the Honeywell thermostat wi-fi is set to default to a gas furnace and I have a heat pump, Once the settings were correctly marked all worked well. The setting were defaulted when a new modem/router was installed. I now have the correct settings in case a new modem/router is required in the future. Rex also checked my furnace and air and said all was good!!! He was wonderful to work with and appreciate all he did to make sure my system was good to go. I recommend his services.

    Air conditioning went out on a Saturday during very hot weather. Called James Summer who quickly returned call and said he could make service call within hour. Arrived , made diagnosis, but did not have proper size capacitor. He installed smaller part that he thought would suffice till he purchased proper part. We made it thru weekend with air conditioning. James returned Monday with new part and installed, plus purchased me an extra capacitor for future use. James is very knowledgeable and professional.Will definetly use for future Hvac needs. Plus he is a very nice person to deal with.

    Since I had this unit installed, I have had problems  with this unit requiring

    lots of visits from the man I bought it from. I saw this special for a check up on my

    unit- I was already having problems.

    The young men that came out were polite and professional and found the problem

    within minutes. They explained what was wrong and  what it would

     cost to fix the problem. I am very pleased with the results and it is blessedly cool in here.

    I am going to hire them again to fix my leaky kitchen sink.

    I bought the 22 point inspection and cleaning. Igor showed up when he said, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional, explained things as he went. I needed a new part which he had in stock and it was installed. I would definitely use Fair Heating and Air again.

    Mark showed up on a Saturday after the worst storm of the winter after our furnace heating elements would not shut off. He was able to get the unit running by bypassing the set of elements that would not turn off so that we could use the heater.

    In the last two years we have had an issue with out previous provider and because of that the humidifier has had leaking issues. Since this provider came there has been no leaking issue. We typically keep our thermostat at or around 71 and my husband had to turn it up when it gets cold. The new provider knew just what to do and adjusted the thermostat and the issue was resolved so well that we had to turn it down a little since it gets so nice and toasty in our home. The provider was on time and professional. He did a great job.

    Refused to even come out to look at the job because I didn't purchase the unit from them and said, "I haven't heard of that brand, and it might be an unreliable unit or hard to put in." It was a brand new Pioneer split system ductless heat/air system. Not very complicated job. Not a good way to treat customers.

    The new heat & air system was installed on 2-28-2012. We didn't really have any cold weather afterwards so we didn't know there was a problem with the heat until the following winter. The AC worked fine that first summer. When it started getting cold in the winter of 2012/2013 the outside unit would totally freeze up anytime the temp got below 40. This went on all winter and numerous calls to and visits from Mr. Atchley did not solve the issue. I contacted the manufacturer of the unit and was told they would have their technical support group contact and assist him. Eventually winter was over and it stopped freezing up. When it got hot and we needed the AC it didn't work and we had to call again to have that corrected. Thus far in the winter of 2013/2014 we are having the exact same problem. When it is cold it turns into a block of ice. We have made numerous calls again and he did replace a thermostat of some sort, for which we got a bill, but the unit is still not working correct. I contacted the manufacturer again and this time they told me to tell Mr. Atchley to contact their support group. What I know for sure is this. I paid over $6,200.00 to have a new high efficiency system install and it doesn't work as well as the 28 year old unit it replaced. It has been 2 years now and the heat system is just as screwed up as it was on day one. Another issue that we have involves the fact that when he does come to "fix" the unit it doesn't let anyone know he is here or when he leaves and doesn't give us any kind of report on what is going on.
