    I have been going there for nearly two years and they have helped me more than any other pain clinic I have ever been to. Due to government oversight, it's very difficult for any pain management clinic to remain operational these days. But if you follow all the rules, (paying strict attention two appointment times Etc, you will find this is one of the few places that will go the extra mile to make sure that they get to the root of your pain and help you to achieve a good quality of life again. Ashley Pennington N.P. is a compassionate and dedicated professional who truely listens to you, and if if anyone is able to diagnise and treat your problem; i feel she is one of the best in the business. Take care to follow all rules, and show up on time (or a bit before), and I think you will be very grateful you gave them a chance to help you.

    They were satisfactory. They saw my mother promptly and they referred her to one of their hospitals. Her treatment was courteous and they were very pleasant. She was satisfied with the care that she received. They evaluated her situation.

    Impressed with TJC and all the nurses I encountered. Had a plate and 12 screws placed so I felt quite helpless. I had a pain pump attached and moving was difficult. Therapy came in to make sure I could ambulated before I was discharged. My surgeon was prompt and made sure I was ok to do my dressing change at home. Overall a good experience.

    It went very well! The nurses were absolutely fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfy post surgery. The food was pretty good. I felt that I was well taken care of. It was an overall great experience and plan to have my second child here in the future. My one issue was that when we had complications and had to change from a regular birth to a c-section, there were many people in the operating room, most of which I did not know of and had no idea they would be present. While my insurance covers my entire delivery and all costs, I still received bills from people in the room. I do not know what service they provided, nor why it was not covered, and am still dealing with that.

    Blue Cross Blue Shield Tennessee pays well and has reasonable co-pays and deductibles. We have never had any problem being approved for care for ourselves or our daughter. We can see a specialist without the hassle of referrals from our primary care doctor. We do value his opinion and go to specialists he recommends, but the extra time and paperwork needed for an official referral is not necessary. This worked well for us when our daughter broke her wrist. We were able to go straight to the orthopedic specialist. The selection of preferred doctors, hospitals, and surgery centers is very good. I can't think of an instance where we had to choose a different provider because they were not on the and quot; listand quot;. We do have to pay a little here and there when we go to the doctor or have a procedure. But it is usually small amounts to meet our copay and deductible.

    I can only say the best things about this hospital. The attending physicians are excellent, and my health has always improved after being treated here. I have used the hospital for more than one condition and found all care to be excellent.
    My only concern is that I have asked for a copy of my medical records that I did not receive. This was done through the hospital's general medical records office rather than through a specific hospital unit or doctor. Thus the and quot;Band quot; for billing and administration.

    If I could not use them, I would. My insurance company requires that I use them so I cannot get my prescriptions elsewhere. I do not care for them at all. I get the impression that the pharmacists are overworked. They work 12-14 hour days and they are pressured. They don't have the support staff. They are very curt, actually boarding on rude. The pricing is good because of the insurance I have. My co-pay is reasonable. They aren't very friendly but they have my prescriptions ready if I call in advance. If I go in with one, I can wait a while. I normally leave and come back because I waited once 20-30 minutes and the place was chaos. The pharmacists seem very, very stressed every time I go. It is not a very good pharmacy.
