    My AC went out and after calling several repair companies that were either to busy, too expensive or just rude because it's Friday morning and they wanted to go home, I came across Mayberry on Angie's list. Mr. Mayberry was at my front door within an hour and my house was cool within 30 mins. He only charged $248 and even educated us on what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. LOVE this company!!

    I contacted Blake through Angie's List and he was in touch with me within an hour and was at my house for a walk-through within a few hours.  He was thorough with his inspection and we discussed several options including upgrading to a larger single unit and adding a second smaller unit.  He recommended the latter, even though it was by far the least expensive option.  I had a formal quote in less than 48 hours.  Blake worked extremely well with my contractor as we needed some dimensions for the new unit for some preliminary framing.  He did as much of the preliminary installation off site so as to minimize the installation time on site.  His crew was polite and left the site clean and in good working order.  Blake also personally followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and the performance of the new unit.  I can't recommend this company enough, and I will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.

    called for repairs on our a/c unit  in the morning and they had someone out by 3:pm that day.    Marty was professional and efficient.  He had to replace a part and had the unit running and cooling in less than 2 hours (including the time it took him to get the part).  He waited to ensure the unit was cooling properly before leaving.   He provided us with great information regarding new units and we will definitely consider them when we build a new home in a couple of years.  We are very happy with the service.

    I returned home after a short business trip and found my house to be uncomfortably warm and discovered an issue with the air conditioner.  After investigating, I found a tree limb had fallen on my air conditioning unit.  It pierced the top of the unit like a spear.  I removed the limb, but the unit still did not work.  I called the "first number in the phone book" for heating and cooling repairs (Not Maberry).  The repairman arrived and gave me an estimate of $850 - $4,000.  He stated that he would have to do $850 worth of work and if that did not repair the unit, then it would be an additional $4,000.  I thanked him and let him know that I would be getting a second estimate.  He charged me $99 just for looking at the unit and giving me the estimate.  When I contacted Maberry Heating & Cooling, Mr. Maberry arrived promptly on the same day that I called.  He repaired the air conditioning unit and replaced the breaker at an extremely reasonable price ($225).  He obviously knew what he was doing!  He was very professional & courteous.  He completed the work in less than one hour.

    I called in the morning for an appointment. The scheduler was very professional and courteous and set me up with a late afternoon appointment. About 2 hours later, the scheduler called and said they had an earlier time available. The technician arrived on (the new earlier) time and promptly got to work. He explained exactly what he was doing, how long he expected it to take, and when he had to get a part, returned quickly. Overall, it was a very good experience. I went ahead and signed up for their club (to get the discounts).

    This is a new home to me and the previous owners were not big on maintenance.  I have been fixing and evaluating the household systems all summer.  Service is usually $90, I used the Angie's List coupon. I am happy with the service, I asked a lot of questions since I have no experience with HVAC.  I come from the world of furnaces and no air conditioning.  The service guy was very helpful and answered all my questions.  There was an up-sell and I went for it:  Surge protectors, Duct sealing, Crawl space sealing and dehumidifier install.  (not encapsulation).  We'll see how this effects the electric bill in a few months.

    James gave us an estimate a week or so before we actually got the new unit installed.  He brought out the new unit the day before he actually installed it.  He worked quickly and efficiently to get the new unit installed.  He brought out a new pad as the pad for the old unit was not the right size and shape for the new one.  He also installed a new digital thermostat.  He was reasonably priced, answered all the questions we had, and was very personable.  We will definitely call him for any future issues with our HVAC system.

    I never received a response from Walls Heating & Air. I called and left a message on their voicemail on the 31st. No return calls or any type of acknowledgement of my order. I will not do any business with a company that won't even have the courtesy to respond in any way to a customer.

    My wife notified me that the heat went out (very cold temperature). While at work I called AIRFLOW very early in the morning. They arrived at my house shortly after and fixed the problem (gas sensor or something to that nature needed attention). I felt that other Heating /Cooling businesses would have tried to rip me off with a new unit since mine is on the older side. Still enjoying the heat as I type this.
