    Forsythe Custom Painting
John gave us a complete thorough bid with a good explanation of job. He listened to our wants and then made them happen. He was flexible with our decision. His coworkers DJ and Justin were also very good at their jobs and very polite. They made us feel comfortable and confident as they worked. They made some suggestions that they did not have to do, the job will be done as they say and no cutting corners. We are very pleased with the finished product. Thank You Forsythe Painting!!

Lawson Construction Company Drafting and Design
Rick did an excellent job on our new pool deck. I kinda knew what design I wanted but after meeting with Rick and asking for his input that changed and it turned out to be an awesome design. Rick actually started work a day earlier than what we agreed on and finished a day earlier which was great. Rick was very punctual and very professional, I couldn't have hired a better contractor. It was a pleasure dealing with Rick.

They came every morning at the same time. It was great to know when they was going to be there. The workers where very polite and friendly. The manager was extremely helpful with answering questions and making sure I was informed every step of the way. I loved that he had his wife taking notes and checking up on how everything was going. She really went the extra mile. Great people.

    Andrew Hoffman Home Improvements
He messed up the roof two different times. The roof leaked both times, the skylight was installed improperly and they leaked too, roofing material was done improperly, and work site was left messy. He never hauled away the debris or cleaned up from the job. The inspector came by on February 24th and said that the steps were done wrong, did not install an inner rail on the existing rail and there was not enough grade on the roof and there was not supposed to be shingles on it. Andrew claims that the inspector told him he could build the roof a certain way (he had the rafters laying on top of our existing roof). Andrew came back and took off the shingles and put a rolled roof (which also leaked). We told Andrew not to come back in March. I e-mailed Andrew March 15th and let him know that I didn't appreciate him doing this to us and we wanted part of our money back (for the issues with the roof so that we could pay to have the work done correctly). We had to rip out the skylights because he laid them in the roof and they were plastered with caulk. We now have hired another contractor to fix that work. We've tried contacting him and he is now avoiding us- engaging in delay tactics and putting us off. We've requested that he contact us to discuss part refund on this project.

Contacted Brent and he promptly returned my call. I explained what I would like to have done and we agreed that he would cotact me later in the week to set up a time to come by. That call never came. If you do not want my business, please just say so. If the job is too small, I am okay with that. Just be up front. Not following up is just an inappropriate way to treat a potential customer.

Bobby was great! Very professional, great work and reasonably priced. My deck looks like new! He reattached my railings that had fallen down with "hurricane" brackets and now my deck is secured. He pressure washed my deck sanding the railings smooth should be able to get a few more years use now! All of the mildew was removed from my house too.
Have made arrangements for him to come back and pressure wash my fences and do some repairs to it and seal my fence and deck. Very honest and reliable.

It went very well.  He called promptly with any information.  We bought this house a year ago and we thought the deck was only going to need a few boards replaced and it ended up being a complete rebuild because of shape the original deck was in.  He did a great job and the deck looks wonderful now.  They cleaned up everything from the deck that had to be torn down so I didn't have to worry about my children finding any random pieces in the yard.  They even checked on my dog since I had to pen her up while they were working.  I would definitely use this provider again.

It's a great porch and has held up very well. He was very professional. He was upfront about the cost of the materials and such. There were no surprises. He was good at keeping the project within our budget.  I would definitely call him again.

    Central Tennessee Construction Co LLC
I am well pleased with my experience with CTCC and with the work they did on my house; I have no reservations recommending them to family and friends. If I ever need any more work done, they will be the first to call. I found this father/son team to be trustworthy, competent, and eager to please the customer (me.) They did what they said they would do, were courteous and respectful, showed a high level of craftsmanship, and cleaned up after themselves. The roofers laid down tarps before tearing off the shingles and took extra care cleaning up, I have not found even one nail that was left behind. During the course of removing the old shingles, it was discovered that 3 sheets of decking needed to be replaced; the additional cost was very reasonable. I am impressed with the detail and workmanship of the facia and soffits, especially at the corners which are highly visible. The work that Central Tennessee Construction did is of the highest quality, has improved the appearance of the house, and should keep the weather at bay for many years to come. Thanks Angie's list for helping me find CTCC.
