    He was great.  He'll come to your house and do some work if necessary.  My son wrecked his car and he bought it, gave him a little money for the car and he parted it out for him.  He's very reasonable.

    I have been taking my 3 cars to M and M Automotive since they moved to Bear Creak Pike about 5 years ago. Except for emergency service, I have not taken them anywhere else since then. I first went after my neighbor recommended them to me.
    I have them do the routine maintenance and repairs and I buy tires from them as well. They explain the service required, what needs to be done now and what can wait. Their estimates are accurate. The work is done well and, with rare exceptions, on time. I think their prices are fair. I never have the feeling that they are padding the bill in any way.

    Jerry Corvin is absolutely the best, most reasonable and most honest auto service person I have encountered in over 50 years of driving. He does the work right, and his prices are very reasonable. He absolutely will not do work that is not necessary unless the customer insists on it. There is no better auto service facility for many miles around, period!

    Mike's Auto Repair was great!  We are new to the area, and know no one. He was able to fit me right in, and fixed my breaks in about an hour or so. The staff was friendly while I waited. Understand my car was unsafe to drive at all so the fact that he got me in right away, gave me great directions to his shop and made it safe for me to drive was wonderful. He was honest about the price of the service, and worth every penny!

    Was pleased with Canada's Radiator up front talking to them about what they were going to do my wife's car. It had some radiator issues and them seemed knowledgeable and like they could fix it. Once they had collected payment and I had picked up my car things completely changed. I called them shortly after picking up the car because there was a loud noise, and my check engine light was now on. I could not hardly get a word in for the guy defending himself and that he had done nothing wrong. I never accused him of doing anything wrong, I simply was asking questions and he got extremely defensive.

    The car went in for a regular oil change service. Mechanic called to say new brake pads were needed and based on the mileage this was not unreasonable. They do give the car a thorough going over. They are very accommodating about bringing the car in at our convenience, staff is very pleasant, and for us the location is good. We are new to the area and relied on Angie's List for a recommendation. The cost was not out of line given the work done.

    Last night, my wife and I went to look at a new (used) car.  We went to Lucas Chevrolet in Columbia for two reasons.  First, they'd sent us a flyer offering us $1000 over Blue Book for our trade-in, and Second, we'd looked up online and knew they had two cars on the lot that we were interested in.
    We arrived there and were approached even before we were out of the car.  We told the guy what we were looking for and he ushered us inside.  He didn't offer to show us the cars, he just took us straight in where he grilled us on what we wanted to pay, what our trade-in was, how our credit was...  then he said he'd be right back and left us.
    He was gone for over half an hour without coming back to check on us.  When he did come back he brought us in the back to meet "Big Mike".  
    Now remember, we haven't even looked at a car yet.
    Big Mike then tells us that he doesn't have any of the make we want that fit what we want to pay.  I said, "What are you talking about, you have 2 on the lot."  
    "Oh", he says, "Those are about $25000.  You can't get them for the amount you want to pay."
    You all don't know me, but I had done my research....
    "Bluebook on those is $18,000 or less", says I.
    "Where'd you get that?!", says he.
    "From Blue Book", says I.
    "Maybe you didn't have all the features right...", says he.
    "I used the exact one you are talking about with the features from your website", says I.
    "No way," says he, "My cost is $19,700!"
    So now that he's told me his cost is about 2 grand more than Blue Book, I know he is either the stupidest dealer on the planet, or he's lying.
    "Good Bye!", says I.
    Long post, sorry.  The lesson - don't go to Lucas Chevrolet in Columbia.

    They're very friendly, they seem to have quite a range of competencies which regards to different models. They are very pleasant to deal with and they have a nice place. From what my son said their price seems to be fair, it was a little more than he was expecting but my husband said it seems like a good price.

    The price was fair. It was an amazing experience. I needed a product and I did not get any pressure sale. The salesmen stood their stand on warranty on customer servicing. I would use them in the future.

    They called us after having the car for a day and said they were unable to duplicate the clunking in the rear end. They did however tell us that there were a couple of things related to the braking system that should be replaced or repaired under our warranty. Even though these things were covered by the warranty, we were still charged around $300 for them to do the work, which didn't seem right to me. While they had the car I asked about getting a free rental since I was having trouble getting to and from the dealership. They sent me to Enterprise several miles away from the dealership because they said there were no rentals available in their lot. I didn't get the feeling they were being honest about that. Anyway, we ended up not getting the rental. I asked them to leave our car outside in the parking lot so we could pick it up on our way back from a late doctors appointment. Johnathan said he would leave it locked in the lot. When we got there to pick it up, it was no where to be found. They had locked it up inside. They didn't even bother to call and tell us the next day what had happened. I had to call them to find out about it. So I had to make yet another trip to their dealership to pick it up. After we got the car back the clunking while braking problem was still there. They had not even checked the transmission. I was extremely dissapointed with this company and would never go to them again. I felt that they catered to wealthy clients and talked down to us.
