The clock movement was removed from my home and taken to the shop for cleaning. The price was ridiculous ($550). After two years the clock needs cleaning again. I suspect it was never cleaned the first time, but rather removed and replaced a week later.

I think it's okay. I think it does fine depending on the weather. Their prices are high. I guess it's like any other provider. The packages that you want, you may want one channel, you have to buy a whole package. It drives your prices way up. I'm not interested ion the whole package. I'm just interested in one channel. They've done situations where they'll get you one a deal and then they expire, then your monthly rate will go high. You have to call them to take it off. It's just little stuff like that.

Terrible. Rented two units and one had a leak in the roof resulting in water damage and mold to 2/3 of our belongings. Marks on the bottom boxes on the floor, indicated that water levels reached at least 8" which easily would have resulted in water seepage from the door. The movers called ( as I was at the new home in another state) and advised me of the damage as soon as they started to load their truck. Called the facility manager to see it, and took pictures as well. Manager claims she never saw water on the floor outside the unit when it was leaking, which is impossible given the water height inside.
When I went for compensation for the damage, they pointed to the multi-paged legal contract which limits them to a measly $2,000!
This just covered one of many mattresses destroyed. If a storage unit does not protect your belongings from rain, who needs them??
Calls back to get information from the unit took too long to get responses...especially since it was their fault and I needed resolution
to replace some of those goods quickly.
All in all, a heartbreaking, expensive and terrible experience...worsened by the company refusing to accept responsibility for their problem

I went to notarize some of my daughter's school test reports for admission to a national organization. The lady at the counter said that she does only signature notarization which is signed in front of her. She said that 'I cant verify all that happened' mentioning the school test result!! The AAA Memphis  website does not say that the service is only limited to signature notary. Though I did get that job done from my office later on (I only visited AAA office as I needed that done sooner rather than later and I was out of office that day), I was disappointed by the lack of information on the website. Not sure whether that happened to anybody else as well. My suggestion would be to verify over phone before visiting the office whether specific notary service would be available.  AAA should correct the website information as well.

Joe spent several minutes diagnosing our TV and determined the Optical Engine Assembly was bad. He didn't try to push us to repair the set, instead , he provided us with a very clear option to either spend upwards of $500 to repair it or replace the set. The in-home visit was worth the time and service call cost. I am very satisfied with our decision and will use Custom Electronics for future IT help.

The clock cost $1000 dollars new 22 years ago. We find this price ($600) to be outrageous. After googling the price online we found it to be reasonable to charge as low as $200 and as high as $500. We will not be back with this vendor.

Since it was about 10:30 on a Friday night, we could not find any alternative than to go the closest ER that was on our plan. We went to Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown. They appeared to be fairly busy, but not too bad. We saw a triage nurse fairly quickly and while his vitals seemed OK, she still thought we should have x-rays and/or MRI done to make sure not broken bones or other damage had been done. You could see the baseball seems in his neck and it was red, so it was obvious where he got hit. The nurse said they would get him back quickly. Well, 30 minutes later we got called back for x-rays. That went very quick. The tech was courteous, but not real friendly either. We then were sent back to the waiting room and said as soon as they had a room they would get him back. We saw about 10 empty rooms on our way back to the waiting room, but it took another 2 hours or 2 1/2 hours before we went back and finally saw a doctor. By that time, I was 99% sure he was fine. He had fallen asleep and we had also observed him and he seems to be normal the last 4 hours or so since the incidadent. I was ready to just leave, but my wife said we waited this long we should see the dr. When we finally saw the doctor, he was very nice, and did seem to do a very thorough exam, but it was still fairly quick. He said x-rays were fine, no apparent damage and all his vitals were good. He sent us on our way. My biggest frustration was when we got back there, there were many open rooms and lots of people wandering around or standing around chatting and they didn't appear to be that busy. Over 4 hours to see a doctor at an ER to me is unacceptable. If the ER nurse told us it would be 4 hours or more, we would have gone home and maybe gone to urgent treatment center in the morning. It would have been a whole lot cheaper. Because it was an ER, it cost us over $1,200 to tell us he was fine. So, not sure what I would have done differently since he did pass out and it was totally scary for everyone that saw it, but gosh, that's a lot of money and it certainly did not seem to be an and quot;emergencyand quot; to them to take that long to see him. They were not that busy. If I have other options in the future, I will not go there, but would if I had no other alternative.

Donna is very informed and helpful. She went over all details with us. Because this is a pre-arranged funeral our emotions were not an issue. She pointed out that not only will the cost of cremation not go up but my family will not have to make these decisions and it will be paid for.
The cost of funerals are increasing so rapidly one will not be able to die because it is to expensive. Donate your body? Even that is getting competitive. Institutions are getting so many donated bodies they can be selective and may have all they can take. I'm so pleased to have this plan done. Family Funeral Care takes care of all details. Now and when service is needed. One call does it all.

Arrived on time and were professional in appearance and the way they did their work.  After mounting and leveling the flat screen on the wall I thought it looked a little crooked. Turns out that my chair molding was off a little and not level so they adjusted the flat screen to match the run of the molding.

The service was booked for the general 'tune up' about 4 or 5 days ahead of time. The service technician called at the scheduled time to let me know he was running behind. He came 30minutes after our scheduled time. He asked where the mower was and told me about how long the service would take. When he was done, he let me know he was finished and gave me a general report of what he found when he tuned up the mower. He said I should find that the mower would "pull better". I wrote him a check and got my receipt.I cannot describe how much wonderfully better my mower runs now. I had no idea that the self-propelled whatever was not functioning. When I started the mower yesterday I almost couldn't hold on to the thing as it took off. Completely Awesome!!We really got the full service because it wasn't that much more than just sharpening the blades and I am so glad. Who knew what a plain 'ole tune up would do. I finished the yard in half the time.Would highly recommend using this service. They were quick, and efficient and obviously effective!
