    I had to file a complaint with Building and Codes to get hazardous work done after they lied to me claiming it wasn't their responsibility. Then they gave us a 30 day notice in retaliation when they were forced to fix the problem. The house was clean when we moved out, except for the freezer, and they charged for cleaning things that I have pictures of from the morning of the move out inspection. The cleaning work order was 11 days AFTER the inspection, and cleaned 20 days AFTER inspection. Nothing but problems renting from them.

    never answer phone, 6 to 8 weeks between repairs, worked on same problem over and over never fixing, just kept replacing same parts. Always made excuses about repairs, always on their schedule, failed to file correct paperwork with warranty service and cost us extra year of paying for warranty when they should have stopped working on it. Never properly repaired dishwasher and we were told not to operate as directed, dont use the rinse agent..never held liquid nd would run straight thru it on floor, only use 1/2 recommended det to stop leak and dishes never cleaned or dry. never fixed before warranty expired so just didnt renew it and dont use it. Ross is owner/manager I guess, and has an answer for everything. Ended up filing complaint on him to get frig replaced. Time lapse kept us from getting refunded warranty service and dishwasher replaced.

    Terrible! Dishonest, money hungry, they truly do Not care about the homeowners of the homes they claim to manage. If you are looking to rent a property from them, I cannot speak on their services, but if you are a owner who agrees to pay them 10% every month off of the rent, Run fast! They will put any tenant in there and if that tenant messes up the property, they don't check on it, they give all the power to the tenant while charging you ridiculous prices for maintenance. My house got destroyed and Reliant refused to even go to the house to check even after the tenant did not pay rent. The tenant had abandoned the house and Reliant didn't even know it for a whole month. They are dishonest and all about making money and hooking up their contractor buddies at your expense. Very unprofessional. It cost me a lot of money and a headache all year. By the way, I lost out on the last months rent and they were no help in holding the tenant to the contract terms.

    They arrived a few minutes early to prep. Philip and his team did a walk around before getting started and then provided me with an assessment of what needed to be done prior to getting started. It didn't take as long as I thought because his team worked in sync, but when they were done, it looked like I had new paint and fresh concrete. I would definitely recommend them.

    These guys did an amazing job restoring my credit. I had over $30,000 in credit card debt with little hope of paying it all back. Within a few months they had my credit problems managed within my budget and I'm on my way back to a great credit score. I didn't have to sign any contract or make any long term commitment which gave me a peace of mind. The rep, Gary, was honest and made no promises of some unrealistic expectations. Very professional operation. Highly recommended regardless of your credit problems.

    It did not go well. 1. From the start of the professional relationship I believe Topflight has tried to over-charge and got as much money from us as possible After they knew my husband and I had moved from the Clarksville���s area they conducted an inspection of the property and claimed the house was not clean and some fixtures were broken. Thankfully we lived in driving distance and were able to come back to the property and correct any issues stated on the inspection form. 2. On a number of occasions we did not receive the full amount of rent. After we confronted them about the incorrect amount, we were told if it is under $300 they do not have to tell us. This is in the contract and I am aware the repair account was set up for this. For a few months we would replenish the repair account only for them to tell us something else was wrong with the property. I asked for an invoice of the labor and materials used because I felt as though they overcharged us. I was told the vendor does not ���break down��� the invoice in that manner. 3. Many of the employees have selective memory. On a few occasions conversations I have had with employees, the employees seem to forget. 4. It took a long time for them to return my calls. In the contract it states around two days or less. It took nine days and that is with me sending an email and calling multiple times. 5. Our property manager ���Delicia��� was hostile. Very hostile After paying Topflight a monthly fee and not having my calls answered, the property manager called me one evening. She did not like the questions I was asking her. Even though I did not raise my voice to her she was very rude and she started yelling at me and told me she was working late providing customer service and deserved respect. She eventually called me a few mother f$@$@#���s and hung up on me. If you decide to select this company and you move far away from Clarksville you may not be able to return when something is wrong with your property to make the repairs yourself. Expect to be charged in excess. Also, it is my recommendation to get an outside vendor; this will help with the unnecessary charges. Have proof of conversations via email and do not expect quality customer service. I would give this company zero stars but it starts at one star.

    Poor customer Service. Nothing was handled based on the contract. What went for one dancer did not apply to everyone. The management and customer service was very unprofessional. They had a few amazing dance instructors that care for the children, but the aggressiveness from the top was not worth it. My daughter had her hand sliced on Marly dance flooring that was cracked and not covered. She ended up with stitches for weeks. They basically just tossed her asside like nothing. They closed my account the next week without notice. I received a call from their attorney telling me they where wanting to look at redoing the choreography so she could participate with her brace. Then we show up a week later, and the same studio had other cracks that were not covered. Plus after getting her all excited about still being able to compete, they told her that she couldn't dance at all. Also, it was the night her dad was deploying, and the owner told my husband and my self that my daughter needed to stand in her spot do they could replace her. Needless to say, after we were told we were dropped from the contract and could keep costumes as well as receive a refund, we still haven't received it.

    This is the most wonderful performing arts studio for children from 2yrs to 19 yrs I have ever taken my children to. I have two daughters, ages 4 and 15 years that participate in a wide range of these activites. They have the correct marley floors in the dance studios to protect the dancers.The dedicated professional, well qualified staff of experts that are teaching my children really care about these young peoples progressions. The oldest has performed in "Little women, Charlottes Web and is now rehearing in the musical Alladdin" in our first year here. They have made us feel like a family. The students, parents and staff are all encouraging to each other. There is absolutely NO"mama drama" here! We are here to stay!!!!

    I contacted Cheryle Strong with Reliant Realty on June 2nd about possibly getting a rental agreement between us. I had a lot of questions about pricing and services. She gave me no hassle answers and sent me a management agreement to me to look over. There were no hidden fees when I decided to go with the company. I had 2 previous management companies so I was a little timid of going to a 3rd. I was in the military and stationed in Texas so we would have to do everything over the phone. Since my work hours were crazy she would contact me on her personal time to make sure I was kept up to date on any possible tenant. It took only a couple days to find an amazing tenant. I have had no issues contacting them at the office or through email and I am always called back promptly.
