    It went great. We actually had owner come for estimate and to do service. He is very thorough and will not leave till everything is perfect. Very professional and down to earth. An honest businessman with competitive pricing , not trying to overcharge or do more than is really needed. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I would 100 percent recommend him and will be using this company for any future needs.

    Chad was very professional and arrived on time. He was very respectful when it came to coming in our home by placing booties on his shoes. Other technicians would just track mud and dirt into our home. Diagnosed the issue explained it to us and ordered and had the part came back the next day and fixed it. He also came back out to make sure it was still working properly. I would highly recommend his company to all my friends.

    Let���s just say I put the order in on 5/29/12 & I���m still waiting for my A/C to be fixed. It has been a 90 degrees plus for 9 straight days in Tennessee. There���s no relief in sight. We���re both senior citizens with health problems that this kind of weather excerbates them. They have been playing ping pong with us & the contractor ever since. I have proof of the emails sent back & forth. That doesn���t count the numerous times both of us spent on hold waiting to get the same BS response over & over. Ut was it was like they were reading from a script I felt like I was taking to a robot. It has not been a pleasant experience. I made them aware of our situation here with our health & that didn���t seem to matter one bit. They dragged this out as long as possible. We couldn���t go without our A/C any longer, I told I the contractor just get the part & we would pay for it. It���s costing. Us $325.00 with a military discount + the 45.00 we already put down. We���ll be without a/c nearly 3 wks. I then wrote another letter to Choice Home Warranty telling them exactly how I felt about their service & what it was costing me to repair my conditioner, but my husband���s health was worth it to me. All of a sudden they contacted the contractor & got done what they should of the first day. Then they offered the vendor a whole $105.00. I wonder who would of had to pay the rest? How did it go, wrong person to ask,

    First the guy that answered the phone told me to hang up and text my address to the number I just called so when I did that it took 10 minutes for him to answer my text, I gave him my address and he replied it will be a couple of hours which was good for me, the tech arrived around 1215pm asked if he could go to the garage to see the unit then came back up about 5 minutes later and said we need a part and darted out the door. The tech didn't say what kind of part how much it will cost or anything. The next day at around 1030am I hadn't heard anything from Jalco so I called to see when they would be back to fix the unit, the guy that answered the phone was very rude and said "we ordered the part and when it comes in then we will tell you when we are coming back" and hung up so I called back, told the guy he was rude and cancelled the service which he didn't even seem to care.

    Fantastic! Super low price in a killer unit that is so cost efficient that my electric bill went down by by 45%!! I had a problem last winter and these guys came out and. fixed the problem pronto! Showed me what the problem was (an older fuse box needed replacing), had the parts within an hour and done deal. House was nice and toasty!

    I feel like I am getting the run around. The personnel I spoke to on the phone stated that the service tech is not trained to give prices for replacement but the are trained on giving prices on repairs. The additional layers show me that they are charging higher prices for service.

    Called them mid afternoon and they arrived later that evening. Jim arrived and was professional and able to explain issue in common language. He placed part on order and said it should arrive in 3 to 5 days. I figured as much since it was close to Christmas. Well to our surprise the part arrived the next day. They called to set up an appointment for that day. Caleb arrived and was extremely professional and proficient. He was complete in under one hour and we were in business again. I have already recommended this company to two friends.
