It went very well. Mario is an absolute professional who provides high quality work in a thoughtful and friendly manner. He's not the cheapest but you most certainly get what you pay for as I've learned from prior experience.. Well worth it !! I highly recommend him..........

There were problems with the wallpaper removal due to layers and the condition of the walls.

I had to get another company to finish the work because when I rescheduled with this company they didn't show up at there scheduled time.

Kenny did a fabulous job.  I love my newly painted rooms.  Kenny was always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day.  While painting my daughter's room, Kenny also painted her metal closet doors.  I had planned on replacing the doors but they looked great so I decided to keep them.  He also repaired the closet doors so they would open properly again.  I plan to have him back soon to remove the wallpaper in our living room and paint it.2

    CertaPro Painters of Greater Chattanooga
I called several times trying to get the estimate for the work I wanted done but he said he hadn't gotten it calculated yet. After calling several times over a 2 week period trying to get the estimate, CertaPro stopped returning my calls.

Very punctual and professional. Hardworking and polite. Dealt with owner and multiple employees and all were polite, exceptionally hardworking, and professional. This was despite the fact that it was very hot when most of my exterior work was being completed. Also very good at cleaning up work area daily. Very tidy. This was a very large job, as needed multiple repairs to exterior. When comparing prices be sure to make sure you review what other quotes include. My house required 2 coats of paint, which Andy's quote clearly stated. Other quotes may mention that their quote is for one coat only and will need to charge more if 2 coats are required. Repairs were charged by the hour, but I was informed of this up front and do not feel I was overcharged for these at all. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and am already hiring them for additional work.

I  am planning on using him for 2 more rooms that need the same treatment.  He is a perfectionist - everything he did from start to finish was great.  The paint job is perfect - he did such a good job fixing cracks and damage to the plaster, you cannot tell there was any damage at all.  I highly recommend Mike!

He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. His work and that of the wallpaper remover was professional and neat. Courteous and accommodating to my schedule when I had a time problem. Finished on time and exceeded my expectations. And he sometimes si v

This project started this past May and was completed the last of September.  It was to be a simple interior paint job with a kitchen update!   The project turned out to be much more and a very complicated endeavor!  The house was built in 1940, and was a flip house when we bought it; we were the second owners. There was a complication in every room of the house upon the start of this project; walls crumbling (plaster);  messed up electrical wiring; leaking of water inside of the walls; pipes disintegrating; and too much more to even mention. Then there was myself making changes to different rooms.  This group of guys did an excellent job despite all of the difficulties.  The quality of their work was well above average; they were very professional, and their patience was above and beyond what you would expect under the circumstances!  I would reccomend them very highly for any job you may have, and will use them in any future projects that I may have.  I am sure they were happy to see this project completed as was I, but to see this house now compared to what it was at the beginning, is absolutely amazing!  I appreciate them all for a very difficult job very well done, and as I have previously stated, would reccomend them highly for any project that needs to be done!

This is the first time I've ever written a review for any product or service in my life, but my husband and I feel extremely compelled to spread the word about our experience with the contractors at Dare Remodeling.  In an industry that's become so impersonal and swindling, we were fearful about entrusting our whole home remodel to just anyone, but Adam and Andrew have made what is famously a long, messy, agonizing, and expensive process into something actually pleasant.  We had a very distinct vision of how we wanted this house to feel, but we were so overwhelmed by how to organize it all into a cohesive plan.  However, Adam and Andrew are so confident and comfortable with their knowledge of infrastructure, products, and design that they put us quickly at ease as we worked together on how to break this project into phases that wouldn't have to uproot our life or our wallet.  They have been in communication with us at every step of the way about the best route to take, about cheaper alternatives, and about what to expect.  They have regularly checked in with us, but never been pushy.  We've never felt like just another client on their list.  Adam and Andrew are not mere representatives of some corporate franchise, they are the heart and soul of their company.  Their work is impeccable, and there hasn't been one idea we've thrown their way (no matter how unconventional--such as using weathered fence planks to create a textured feature wall in our entrance hall) that they've even hinted would be a challenge.  I truly believe these guys can do anything, and do it well beyond your expectations.  They made a good impression on us from the very first consultation, a rainy day when Andrew and Adam actually put plastic/paper protectors around their shoes to prevent our floors from getting muddy!  We are finally getting the house of our dreams, and we owe it all to Adam, Andrew, and the other crew members at Dare Remodeling.  Thank you all so much!

I contracted for wallpaper removal at $40 per hour. When the workman came to the site, he recommended that the wallpaper be painter with a sealer/primer instead of removal (the wallpaper had be put up over bare wallboard so the top layer of the wallboard paper would likely come off with the paper. That would require a lot of prep work before the paint could be applied. He said that he would put a coat of joint compound on all of the seams (but unfortunately missed a few.)
    Overall, I was satisfied.
