    My experience with We Haul Nashville went way beyond my expectations. After my moving help canceled, I was a bit frantic in finding help for the loading. Booking We Haul Nashville couldn't have been more simple. I called they answered! All prices we discussed up front, no mysterious fees popped up at last minute. When moving day arrived, John and Martin arrived promptly. They both were friendly, cuteous and polite, actually took time to listen to my comments and answered all my questions. The job required two different locations. At first location, we decided a game plan, quickly tackled the task of loading / tying down two heavy motorcycles, and many crates filled with memories. They followed me to second location took a look at what was to be loaded and finished quicker than I thought the job would take. I was a little nervous about stuff (boxes) moving onto the motocycles, both John and Martin reassured me. THEY WERE RIGHT!! First off, my husband was surprised to see the motorcycles, because we discussed getting them to New York another way, Subquently he was impressed the Harleys did not get a scratch! Truely We Haul Nashville is a lifesaver!!! I would hire them again and recommend to use them to anyone who needs a hand moving / loading / hauling..

    Kyle was professional, went above and beyond to fix our problem and was very helpful. His pricing was a good value and he was honest, dependable and knowledgable. He cleaned our HVAC unit and replaced a few worn parts. He also helped us in repairing some duct work that was difficult to access in our tight crawl space. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.

    Service was performed on time and for the quoted price which was fair and reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. All work completed in a couple of days. Would recommend them to anyone. They will be back out at the end of fall to top all trees in the yard. Even going to talk to them about work at my mother-in-laws.

These are the kind of people that you always hope to get to come into your home to do work but so rarely get. Extremely knowledgeable (actually overqualified for my job) competent and resourceful in the work with a likable integrity that you know right away that you can trust.

    Tim was great. He worked non stop for two days straight digging out a very over grown pond with back hoe/ loader. Pond looks great! He also graded and re graveled our 400 yard long driveway . Driveway almost required a 4x4 to navigate it but now a Ferrari can drive all the way to house. It turned out perfect. Tim mows our yard on a weekly basis. The yard is over 3 acres and is starting to look like a golf course now. Very nice. Seems like any job we have, Tim can do. With having over 60 acres with a barn etc, we have a lot to do. Top notch character and integrity. Well worth every penny spent. Hire him and find out!

    Have had multiple issues with this unit already during 1st 41/2 years including having 5 condenser fan motor blades replaced, condensing coil first fixed, then replaced, reversing valve replaced, compressor replaced and transformer replaced. This unit, our third Goodman 4 ton unit, has definitely been a lemon with a multitude of problems. Each time we have contacted Comfort Zone for Service, it has taken days, if not weeks to get a return call from them acknowledging that they even got our message, then another week or two to get anything done. We can't even get the service for this unit when it is not working much less the seasonal checks that we were told we would get from Comfort Zone, primarily from Michael Spence, the now President of Comfort Zone per an e-mail recently received. Most recently, we bagan calling Mr. Spence's office and cell phone on Monday, June 9th at which time I left 2 voicemails, one on the office phone and one on his cell phone. Again on Wednesday, June 11th and Friday, June 13th, I again left 2 messages both days hoping to get a response because the hot temperatures were really getting to my father-in-law who is 72, lives with us and has renal failure on dialysis and heart failure along with diabetes and hypertension. The reason I mention is is because he is now in the hospital with dehydration, hypertensive crisis and heat exhaustion all as a result of not getting a response, no phone call, no e-mail, nothing from Mr. Spence or any of his associates. After no response for these 3 days I again called the office and cell phone on Monday, June 16th, called the manufacturer, Goodman, on Tuesday along with other HVAC providers in the area. Finally on Wednesday night at 10:26 pm, we get an e-mail from Mr. Spence stating that he has received our messages, texts, etc and understands our frustration with the current situation but conveys to us that he has moved his office and no longer provides service to us for the unit he sold us and committed via warranty to service/repair. This was the first that we heard about this situation but Mr. Spence tried to say that we discussed this during his last service call out here in January 2014, but with only my wife and I dealing with
    him, neither of us had ever heard that he was not going to honor our warranty via providing service. It took 10 days for him to respond, and with an email at that, saying "he wasn't our guy anymore". Had we known about this, we certainly would have been proactive and set up another service provider before an emergency during an extremely hot month of the year resulted in the hospitalization of our family member, especially since my wife is a Critical Care Nurse and anticipates possible problems and likes to get ahead of any that could happen. I really feel we have been discriminated against by Mr. Spence because he prefers dealing with a more elite client population like those in Brentwood and Franklin, but I served my country for 20 years, to give him the opportunity to act as such. The military may not have been glamorous or lucrative, as we definitely are not rich, but it was honorable and pursuing democracy for all Americans and all nations is a worthwhile can so I do believe that we deserve the product and service we were promised during the initial sales talks, especially since Mr. Spence was more than happy to take our $7200 dollars for this heating/cooling unit even though we lived an hour from his office then too.

    Wayne's crew did a marvelous job. They started on a Monday and were done on Wednesday. They left the property looking better then then before they started. Wayne is very detailed oriented and goes beyond what is expected. He seeded the areas where he had to dig for the water line and covered it with straw. Built steps for us to get into our temporary home just because he saw it was gonna be a high first step for us. We are very happy with everything he did for us and we would most definitely work with him again.
