  For my project, I chose Aaron Painting & Construction (owner Donald). Quite simply, I am pleased to say I gotthe right contractor for my job. I wasvery satisfied with the price, workmanship, and quality. My view of myproject was mainly a coat of paint with a few siding repairs, so I couldn't use a paint-only contractor; I had to find someone that could do both tasks. Donald (Aaron Painting & Construction) quoted a resonable price for both aspects and, most importantly to me, Donald commuicated clearly and accurately and was also the owner and project manager - so the work was a personal committment as well. As thing always go, there was alot more bad siding than could be seen as the prior owners had painted over bad wood - but this company had the skills and knowldege to comprehensively resolve everything they encountered. Being the typical howeowner, I also threw in the requisite list of 'other' things for them to do and they did them all without a single complaint. My overall experience was very favorable. I am a very satisfied customer.

  AP Construction Roofing And Remodel

  AP Construction was able to get insurance to cover it all, on top of conpleteing the roof, ceiling, siding and paint work. It was amazing how fast their team is. I left for work with an old roof and came home same day with a new one. These guys are so professional and want to make sure the customer is satisfied, which you do not see a lot these days. I highly recommend the AP Construction team for anything and I mean ANYTHING you need done around your home, especially if you want it done right. I am actually in the process of utilizing their team again to completely paint the exterior of my home, redo the siding and paint as well. Again, if you want something done right, with quality, fast and at a great price (which who wouldn't) - then, AP Construction is the one you need to call. Thanks again guys!!

  Unbelievable. All other sp reffered didnt do a good job and chraged to much. These guys did before and after photographs, checked on the crew and was super professional and curteous. Did even more than what the estimate said. Didnt charge extra for the extra repairs. Came at 6pm and continued working even in the dark. Cam back and never damaged the flower beds and always cleaned their garbage up. Helped out around the house like a handyman would without charging extra. Was quick to respond and even offered a second estimate when I said I didnt want gutter guards. Im hiring again for some interior damage to be fixed. Excellent Roofing is exactly that, excellent.

  The Window replacement went well, a return trip to finish caulking was needed. The  difference from 1970`s style windows to double pane gas filled energy efficient windows was immeasurable.
  Vinyl siding installation was completed in 4 days. Every bit of the house was covered except the carport ceiling. The crew was on time every day and very conscious of our property. Issac and his crew even put back little things not covered like Flagpole brackets, water hose caddy`s, sensor lights etc. The one thing I was impressed with was during the entire process. The siding crew cleaned up our property everyday before they left without being told too.  We have found maybe 3- 4 small pieces of siding in our flower beds since installation.
  Gutters- All Gutters were installed in one day and in a timely manner. The material is of good strength, mounting and caulking in the right places.
  All work completed shows no signs of loose mounting or unprofessional installation, the punch list at the completion of our walk through had 2 minimal items and was corrected in a timely manner.
  Bob Bailey was very helpful in assisting us in Qualifying for discounts and credits through the TVA E-Score program.
  Pricing was fair. After 4 estimates they were  in line with there competitors. Quality of materials used is very good and sound.

  They did a terrific job. They were on time, even called when it was raining. The price wasn't the cheapest, it was midrange of the bids, but after being ignored by two other contractors and having one show up to bid three days after the arranged date, it was refreshing to have a contractor actually do what they said they were going to. They also were diligent about cleaning up after themselves everyday. House looks great!

  Q.E. Restoration is the BEST roofing company !!!   I was amazed how easy they made the entire process of getting a new roof on my home.
  
  First: The representative Q.E. Restoration sent out to inspect my roof was courteous, arrived on time and provided me with photos of the damages he found on my roof. He then explained to me why he thought my insuranced company would pay for my new roof.
  
  Second:  He then explained the process to me: I needed to  call my insurance company and arrange for an adjustor to come view the damages to my roof.  And after that all I needed to do was to call him and tell him the time and date the adjustor was coming to my home  and he would be at my home to meet with the adjustor.
  
  Third:  When Iasked him what I should do when the adjustor arrived he told me that .....Nothing...He said he was my advocate and was there to look out for my interest.   I felt so relieved..... He did ask that once the adjustor agreed to replace my roof that I sign an agreement with Q.E. Restoration that authorized Q.E. Restoration to install my roof.
  
  Fourth:
  Sure enough on the day the adjustor was going to arrive my Q.E. Restration representative arrived at my home about 15 minutes before the adjustor and met with me. That really put me at ease  which I greatly appreciated.  When the adjustor arrived my Q.E. Representative was fully prepared and they went onto the roof to inspect the damages.   When they came down the adjustor met with me and my Q.E. Representative and the adjustor agreed to "BUY"me a new roof.  The Q.E. Representative and I looked over the agreement together and he explained what the agreement covered; things like Q.E. only charges what the insurance company will pay for my roof minus my deductible.  And how the roof was to be built:  Things like the types of materials used:  like the felts,15 pound or 30 pound depending on the steepness of the  roof. (I have a steep roof so I had to get tyhe 30 pound felt.  Its amazing what you can learn when you ask!)   Also galvanized nails,the  number of nails per shingle, wind resistance and the guaranteed life on the shingle i chose.  PLUS...... He explained to me that Q.E. Restoration was a Preferred Platinum Installer for Owens Corning Shingles, one of only 6 in Tennessee  and that because I choose Owens Corning shingles I got and additional guarantee on my roof over and above Q.E. Restorations own.
  
  Fifth:  After the adjustor left and I had the check in my hand  for my new roof I  asked my Q.E. Reprsentative If he wanted the check....And his reply floored me.  He said "No."  He said "We collect after the job is completed and you are satifisfied with
   the new roof we put on your home."  Boy was I glad I choose Q.E....
  
  BOTTOM LINE.... Q.E. RESTORATIONS DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ROOF AND I WAS AND AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK!

  We have had several storms in Memphis, and I have quite a bit of wind damage. I needed them to come out and look at the roof and the fascia that had been blown away in the storm. I needed to know if I needed a new roof or just have the shingles replaced. They were a total disappointment. They sent three different people at three different times, and I got none of what I was looking for. I finally called the owner of the company. They told me that they could give it to me over the phone, which was totally unprofessional. I told them that I needed something in writing without which my insurance company would not accept the estimate. I got three different estimates, and they were all for one job; one for the roofing, one for the fascia and another for the siding problem. The siding had blown away in two places. I told them that as an alternate, I would like to have an estimate on doing a full roof rather than just patching what was up there. The roof that is on there now is probably about 14 years old. The estimate was incomplete, and there were no options. They quoted $8000 for a new roof and that was just to put shingles up with a 20-year warranty. I felt that there was more to putting up a roof than just that. I found them to be very unprofessional. I told them upfront that I would not pay them to come and give me an estimate. Their price was exorbitant. I got a separate estimate for the shingles that are missing, which was almost $400, and the estimate for the siding was $680. I am a single old woman in a wheelchair, and I think repairmen tend to take advantage of that fact. I had to make more than three phone calls, and it took them three times to give me an estimate; it was awful. Their punctuality did not exist as their idea was to have somebody out here within the week. While I wasn’t here, I had to have somebody come by my house and make sure that the roofing man had not left a message, because I was looking forward to it. I even requested them to do it via email, because I was ill, and that didn’t happen either. It resulted in me basically having to beg for an estimate from my insurance company. I would not consider using them in the future.
