    S & M Customs
They were great. Always on-time and professional. We are more than pleased with the work completed and continue to use them. We almost didn't want to write a review as we want to keep them to ourselves as it is so hard to find good people in Memphis! Highly recommend them.

    Aaron Painting & Construction
For my project, I chose Aaron Painting & Construction (owner Donald). Quite simply, I am pleased to say I gotthe right contractor for my job. I wasvery satisfied with the price, workmanship, and quality. My view of myproject was mainly a coat of paint with a few siding repairs, so I couldn't use a paint-only contractor; I had to find someone that could do both tasks. Donald (Aaron Painting & Construction) quoted a resonable price for both aspects and, most importantly to me, Donald commuicated clearly and accurately and was also the owner and project manager - so the work was a personal committment as well. As thing always go, there was alot more bad siding than could be seen as the prior owners had painted over bad wood - but this company had the skills and knowldege to comprehensively resolve everything they encountered. Being the typical howeowner, I also threw in the requisite list of 'other' things for them to do and they did them all without a single complaint. My overall experience was very favorable. I am a very satisfied customer.

Olde Town Interior Exterior Painting & Repair
Richard came out to my house and did the estimate. I had no problem with him. The person he had do the work started out great, but he did not like the Sherwin Williams paint I bought and said it was hard to work with. After that, work started slipping badly. Work started in November and was not completed until early March. I gave him a key, so he could come and go as needed. He would not show up for weeks at a time. There were several times that he texted that he was finished and wanted the final check right then. I would come out to the house and find that a lot of work was still not done. His response would be that he forgot about that. Then, I had a busted pipe in the bathroom around the time the work was finally finished and had a plumber come out to repair the leak. The Olde Town guy said he could fix the drywall under the cabinet for an extra amount. I texted a week later to see if the work was finished. He had just decided not to do it and just left my key at the house, but did not tell me about it so I could get someone else to do it. It was a very bad experience and I would not let that guy back in my house again. I have since found spots that were not painted and called Richard and left a message, but he has not returned my call.

    AP Construction Roofing And Remodel
AP Construction was able to get insurance to cover it all, on top of conpleteing the roof, ceiling, siding and paint work. It was amazing how fast their team is. I left for work with an old roof and came home same day with a new one. These guys are so professional and want to make sure the customer is satisfied, which you do not see a lot these days. I highly recommend the AP Construction team for anything and I mean ANYTHING you need done around your home, especially if you want it done right. I am actually in the process of utilizing their team again to completely paint the exterior of my home, redo the siding and paint as well. Again, if you want something done right, with quality, fast and at a great price (which who wouldn't) - then, AP Construction is the one you need to call. Thanks again guys!!

    Healthy Home Services USA
I ordered this service from Angie's List on May 12, 17 and I have heard nothing from Healthy Home Services. At first I was not concerned, relying on Angie's List excellent reputation, being busy with my own schedule and thinking that perhaps the paint company was busy with other customers, thanks to Angie's List. Lately, however, I am more than concerned. I decided to visit the Millington, TN Healthy Home Services address, expecting to find a house-painting business. What I found instead is a very cramped residential area with no sign of a painting business or any other legitimate business. Even if HHS might have the ability to paint my house, they have shown no desire to do so and I certainly have no desire for them to work on my house. Instead, I want a $1599 credit applied to my Visa card. Thank you. James C Threet

    Aaron Painting & Construction
Let me first start by saying that this is my first negative review on Angie's List. And while I can recognize quality work, as the paint job was done well, the professionalism/communication leading up to the paint job and at its conclusion left much to be desired. I used this company for an exterior paint job several years ago, and I was very pleased with the job done. When my parents planned a move to the area, I contacted Aaron Paint and Construction about a job for their home. I met with Don, the owner, more than a month prior to the job. I discussed the paint color with him and even offered to get him a color card, but he denied the need until closer to the start of the job. When he provided a $1800 quote for one coat of paint, I was under the impression that he was confident one coat would cover it. A week prior to the job, I was the one that had to initiate conversation to tell him the paint color again so that he could have the paint ready. I confirmed the start date with him three different times in the month leading up to October 1st, and after three confirmations he still didnt show up on October 1st; after an unanswered text that morning and a follow-up phone call, to which he answered using a fake name claiming that he thought I was a telemarketer calling his company number, he said that he forgot about starting our project on that date. His guys showed up the next day and did a nice job painting the house; however, it was obvious that a second coat was going to be needed on day one. He texted about settling the bill, and I asked for the address and attempted to confirm the price of the job; he replied with the address and no confirmation of the price. Therefore, I sent a check based on the quote he provided initially. He has since initiated five texts in the last four days saying that he wasnt paid for the second coat. Im not complaining about paying for a job done, but a professional should be able to look at a job and include all potential costs on the quote. I was only told after I sent the check (after attempting to confirm the price via text) that the second coat was 50% the cost of the initial quote. In his final attempts to justify his case, he then tried to put the blame on me when saying, I said one coat, thought you said same color. Then he followed up by saying, I always say two coats if were [sic] changing color. This is untrue, as in our initial conversation, I explained the silver/taupe color desired to cover up a butter yellow paint and even offered to provide him with a paint card. The most unsettling piece of all of this is the lack of communication and even no-showing for a job after several confirmations then deciding to communicate only when he is attempting to get money. The check for the remainder of the price was mailed out this morning, and Ive never been more excited to have a project over. If consistent communication is important to you, think long and hard about this hire.

Olde Town Interior Exterior Painting & Repair
Very well . Called two other A To A+ contractors. One said if we have the ladders he would send his brother over to do it. I called one from t he BBB and she hung up on me and said I was rude for asking about showing proof of insurance. . This was the best experience I've had with a contractor since moving here.

Olde Town Interior Exterior Painting & Repair
Very well!. I have worked with many contractors over the past 4 years. He by far is the best I have dealt with in customer service. He does what he says and he always answers his phone. We had started painting the trim on our one story home with some peaks. We thought we would be able to the peaks, but then we thought it best after all to let a professional do it. We had already painted the garage door and downspouts. I had contacted three different contractors before him for estaments. One was from a business card given to me. He had me send picture of the job. gave me an estimate without coming out. something we were not comfortable with. Wasn't real thrilled how he responded when we asked for insurance verification. so ruled him out I contacted another through BBB . She hung up on me when I asked for proof of coverage and said I was rude. I contacted CertaPro of Bartlett and When I set up the appt. I asked if they had a minimum job amount they said no that this contractor did not show there was a minimum. so I got a call from CetrtaPro and when I was explaining the job for the estimate he said that it was too small of a job. I felt he should have backed up what I told on the phone and come out give the estimate anyway since I was misinformed. That did not happen. Poor customer service in my opinion. I called two others on Angies list with A to A+ ratings. One said they were pretty busy but if I had the ladder to do it he would send his brother out to do it. Not sure what professional would ask you to supply the ladder from the get go. The other one never returned the phone call after I left a message. I call Old Tyme. He came out gave the estimate and had the job done same week. Most professional I have dealt with since moving to the area.

    Curb Appeal Custom Painting
It went very well. Steve was a very pleasant person to work with explaining what needed to be done before starting. They worked hard out in the heat and cleaned up when they were finished. His co-workers were just as pleasant. Prices were reasonable and I was very pleased with his work, I would definitely hire him again.

Work went well and was done in two days. Painted rough cedar siding and RBB siding on two story house by spraying. Workers were punctual, pleasant and professional. Replaced some mismatched board siding. Advised me where to get paint color matched to original outdated paint color Job looks very good. Price was highest bid but awarded based on professionalism and the Extra details observed and promised.
