  Mr Nelson owns and operates his business. He went above and beyond when cleaning our kitchen tile and grout and then sealing the grout. He carefully explained each step before performing the work. We are very pleased with the work he did.

  Doug did excellent work! What impresses us most is every facet of our interaction with him was top notch. He returned our initial call within minutes. He offered to come out immediately to give us an estimate. His estimate was a very fair price especially considering the level of deep cleaning we needed. We scheduled an appointment for the work and he showed up exactly on time and performed great work. Our carpet looks so great!! He took years of dirt and grime off of our heavily trafficked floors! We are actually already looking to hire him for a second job here in our office and we hope to hire him for a job at our home as well. We HIGHLY recommend him!!

  Our rugs look and smell so awesome now! We were so surprised he could clean them both so well, but especially grateful he got the urine smell and stains out of the new one that was only 2 weeks old.I requested several of Doug's business cards because we will recommend him to our neighbors and friends. Very professional, on time and just a wonderful business to deal with,, and that's hard to come by nowadays. He even offered us a military discount. I will never use another company for our floor cleaning!

  Extreme Clean

  It went very well, I was very pleased. I marked a "B" on punctuality because the technician was late but called me when he knew he was going to be late to explain why.  As a mother and grandmother, I could fully understand his reason, he's a young father and his babysitter cancelled on him at the last minute, so he had to wait for his mother to come over to stay with his children.  He was still less than 30 minutes late from our original appointment time and it gave me a chance to do a few things in my kitchen that I wanted to do.  He was so nice and did such a great job, I didn't even care that he was a few minutes late.  All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.  And I couldn't beat the price!! I got $75 worth of cleaning for only $50 with a great "Deal of the Day" from Angie's List.

  Beyond Steam Carpet Cleaning

  The two gentleman that came to do the job were professional, kind and very respectful. They explained thoroughly what they were going to be doing, the cleaning products that they were using and were very patient with any questions that were asked. They came in, got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and were on their way to their next job. I will be referring their services to my friends and family and seeing that I work in insurance, I will definitely pass their cards out for homeowners and business that have had or may have claims.

  Daniel Cleans

  I purchased a house last March so bought the $69 Angie's List Big Deal to clean the carpets in the house I was moving out of. Because the house I purchased was empty I decided to use Mid-South Carpet and Tile to do the floors of my new house before my furniture arrived. I got a $25 discount for the house being empty. Daniel was always very prompt in responding to scheduling requests. He and his assistant came by twice; once to steam the floors then to seal the grout. I wasn't expecting much out the carpet cleaning since the carpets are old in my house (in hindsight I should have just replaced them vice cleaning) but I was disappointed with my grout sealing experience. They did my kitchen/laundry room and a bathroom. His assistant did the bathroom and Daniel did the kitchen/laundry room. I noticed the color on the grout wasn't even in the bathroom and it didn't appear to be the same color as the kitchen so I contacted Daniel. He assured me they used the same color. He had left a bottle behind that had leftover sealer in it so I decided to touch up the bathroom floor with it but it was indeed different. Daniel came by and looked at it and did some additional sealing and said he let the employee go that had done my bathroom as his work quality had gone downhill. My bathroom grout still doesn't look right but I never contacted Daniel about it again as I was over it. Went online and saw how easy it is to color seal grout and have since done my other two bathrooms myself! Wish I had gone online before shelling out $275 (of course they were A LOT faster than I ever would be).

  Extreme Clean

  Both people who came to my house were very friendly and immediately went to work. I was charged an additional $50.00 to have the stairs cleaned. My only minor detractor was after they used my bathroom for the water which was okay with me they didn't leave everything in its place. My shower curtain was still pulled back, the light to the bathroom was left on and there was some minor spillage of water on the floor that wasn't cleaned up. I did have run out to them to return their water bucket they inadvertently left behind. 
  The actual cleaning of the carpet was done very well and it looked great! I'll use this company again.

  Guys were friendly and did a good job no up sell,easy to work with guys equipment really pulled out some dirt
  as the fellas showed me how much my carpet really needed cleaning,,,wow

  Xtreme Clean Inc

  This was a "big deal" that was brought to my attention by an e-mail from Angie's List. I had planned to tackle the hallway myself because it had been fairly heavily stained by dogs, but it is always frustrating to focus on a relatively small area knowing that you are surrounded by several rooms that also need to be cleaned. I decided that for $99.00 I was willing to pay to have most of my upstairs cleaned at the same time. Ronnie Johnson and one other worker arrived exactly as scheduled , calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. I was surprised by the amount of equipment they had including hoses attached to a large motor inside their panel truck. The hoses stretched from my driveway, up the stairs and along the L-shaped hallway (at least 75 feet). It went so quickly that I didn't expect much and did not even go upstairs that first night. I decided to wait until it was dry. When I did go upstairs the next day I was shocked to see that the whole area looked like new. They had moved some of the furniture to clean beneath it, and the heavily soiled areas were stain free. I could easily recommend them to anyone and will have their company and their phone number handy for the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
