    They represented the seller's of my house a year ago. They did not do their due diligence in making sure their clients followed the contract by doing repairs, being out on walkthrough, they didn't even get the house keys at closing. Once moved in found there were many things I was lied to about, and important things that would have affected my decision to buy this house, like the roof leaked, the house has a moisture retention problem, things were not cared for properly and worst of all, the house is infested with brown recluse spiders, mice, carpenter bees, wasps, mud dobbers, moles, and other critters. They removed a deck on a shed between signing original paperwork and closing to find the foundation and floor rotten, yet they did not mention it on the final disclosure. They did not disclose anything! I am a disabled person on a fixed income and now need to come up with $20,000 or more to repair these people's issues. I have been bitten 5 times by brown recluse and have allergic reactions to the bites, then have reactions to the medication. The first couple weeks in this house I caught over 20 spiders and my health is not good enough to survive the infestation in this house. The clients took all the pool equipment that was contracted to stay with the house and gave it to the neighbors, who don't even have a pool. They told the neighbors they did not like me and didn't 1 ant me to have it. I went to this agent, several times the last year, to have it returned, but they allowed their clients to, again, remain in breach of contract. If you come across this agency, be careful and make sure to go over everything with a fine tooth comb. There is a pending lawsuit, in hopes next time, they do the right thing by both parties. That's if this house does not kill me first.

    I would never use another realtor besides her. There is not a lot of realtors, who really know how to do a short sale. She does. She is a worker. She is awesome. I did not have to pay anything. I came out really well. The bank paid her fees.  I did not have to pay one penny for anything! She cared as she loves what she does.  She is a perfectionist. I would give her top marks. She has great quality and as it was a short sale, I did not have to pay anything.  I did a lot of research beforehand and her name kept popping up.  I called a Realtor out of state and he referred me to her also. She knew what she was doing. She was on top of everything. She would respond automatically to me.

    We secured a contract at a fair price, but with first-time buyers with great credit but not a huge amount of cash.  The title company literally "put them through the wringer" during the approval process.  Heather was there for both the buyer and seller every step of the way.  She has incredible communication skills and a positive approach to any obstacles.  There were no issues -- only opportunities that she met head on.  She really worked a lot of magic for all of us and this was especially important as I was 800 miles away during these transactions.
    When unexpected repairs had to be made, she had contact with highly skilled but reasonably priced vendors.  When paperwork needed to be finessed through the county departments, she personally hand carried them through each process.  When surveys and easements needed to be obtained, she was instrumental to the process. 
    Given all the issues, we determined that she probably netted about .50 cents per hour for her time.  She worked incredibly hard and put in a lot of hours for her portion of the 6% real estate commission.  She insured,  what was for us a very emotional and tough process, much easier.
