    Susan and her team do a fantastic job managing my property. They are very quick to respond to tenant issues and questions from me. She also provides fantastic advice on legal requirements, maintenance and repair jobs, and tenant issues. She is also very good at finding new tenants at the end of a lease. I live almost 2000 miles away from my property and I feel very comfortable knowing that it is in her good hands. I would recommend her to anyone.

    I have been a Verizon customer for about 15 years. Went to Empire mall location to for replace or repair. Amber, a manager was not only less than helpful, she also went out of her way to be rude. Her behavior was bad enough that I decided to pay the 500.00 (cost of broken phone) so that I could cancel my plan with Verizon and go with another carrier. Horrible customer service from this manager.

    They are always friendly and helpful when they come bring the water. I am in an office that appreciates quiet and it is nice they don't bang around. Always lift the bottles for me and checks to see if the current bottle needs changing. Travis has been an awesome salesperson / technician.

    They failed to follow up on tenants in a timely manner, took 3 months to prepare a house for a new tenant, failed to verify contractor performance to quotes. Finally, we found out they left debris in a house which they agreed to pick up at their cost, this after I had changed management companies.  3 weeks after the end of the month, they still had not got it due to tenant cooperation, so they asked the new company for help to get in.  The new company, obviously, needed reimbursed for the original company's issues, but Realty Trust declined to pay it.  Since it wasn't my fault, I told them they should, and again they declined.  That's when I cut all ties, and have since paid for repairs they told me had been done, and completed before.  I have a complete history of the emails back and forth.  The owner wanted to negotiate, after he saw my reviews on BBB and Google+, but he was copied and aware of all emails in advance.  Too little, too late from him on this.  Avoid these folks.  I called Cleveland ROI and am happy so far.

    They are okay, they are like a monopoly out here, and there are not a lot of options. I like cable. I am not overly impressed, they do not do a whole lot, and they are not super responsive. I always get a clear picture and good internet. They are slow, when I call them about something, I do not hear from them for a couple of days. They are pretty professional.

    TracFone has good cell phone voice service at a great price--if you can make it work. I have two cell phones with all the minutes I care to use for $18 a month on a monthly family plan. I originally purchased two identical phones from the company's website. My wife's worked flawlessly right away and has for nearly two years. Mine never worked right. I could place calls, but never receive them. I spent MANY hours on the phone with the company trying to solve the problem. They several times declared the problem fixed, but it never was, for more than the trial call. I finally purchased a new phone at Walmart ($20) and it has worked well since that time--nearly a year at this point. The customer service is so-so, but you can't beat the price.

    They are good for a very large hospital system. They are very up to date with technology. The staff is colder but professional. They are struggling with certain regulations. They are kind of taking things to high degrees by not disclosing anything to anybody and it only makes circumstances worse.

    The experience was very good. I have taken numerous patients in when they complain of chest pain. That is your basic E.R. experience only they are very efficient with it, very well done. It is the only place I would take a patient that is having heart pain because they are definitely the best.
    It is the mostly highly rated heart hospital. If you come in with heart pain you get in really quick. They are very good at communication. Exceptionally good. They have the safety record for heart care of anyone in Sioux Falls. That is the place to go. It is the only place I would go.

    We needed a new cell phone and to add our son to our family plan.  Our Verizon representative was very helpful and was able to answer our questions with confidence.  The transaction went smoothly and reasonably fast.  Rebate forms were printed out for us and it was explained how to submit them.  Very pleased with our visit to this Verizon Wireless World store.

    Novak Sanitary Service
    Since October 2011 I have used Novak as my garbage collection service. There has been two separate times where they have not picked up my recycling that is picked up every other week. One of those times I had someone tell me three different times it would get picked up. It got to the point where it was over flowing and still sitting in my front yard waiting to be picked up. I even got yelled at by my landlord. Just recently my roommate put the cans out at 6 am. Well I guess ours gets picked up at 5 am. I call to get it re picked up and they try to tell me I have to pay an additional $21 or wait until the next week pick up. This girl on the phone was exceptionally rude but when I have previously had Nicole she has always been very kind and concerned about my situation. I'm moving to Renner and am desperately finding a trash collection company that doesnt charge an arm and a leg ($24 a month!) for bad service.
