  LONE OAK LAWN CARE

  Hands down, this is the best lawn care company we have used since moving to Sioux Falls almost 5 years ago. They are very quick to return calls, and if you ever have a question about your lawn, they will come over and check it out. Gave us some great tips to ensure that our lawn looks green and healthy.   They are being rude, saying they would stay in contact daily by email, zero I have made two trip to the office to try to get refund they tell me they have to wait for National chain legal department. to make up some for that lets them off the hook for not doing anything harmful to our lawn. THEY BURNED OUR $5000. lawn in front aqnd the yard in the back. Hello I ain't signing nothing that lies. We want a full refund of prepaid bill, has been 2 weeks and counting well over my tolerance level. Then tonight I go online to check account information and all of a sudden another 20 some dollars is gone out of account. We did not spend it. I have never been treated like this by any company and am shocked that they think it is ok to treat a customer so nasty. My blood pressure is up, I am noty ever allowing them on my property.

  FIRST QUALITY LAWN CARE INC

  Yard looked OK after they were done. They quoted $40 per hour for their services. Our yard isn't that big but they billed me $340 which averages out to them being here for 8.5 hours. We were not at home at the time they stopped by so I don't know how many guys they had working but would guess they had at least two. With even two people and their large mowers, leaf blowers, etc. I can't imagine it would take 8+ hours to complete the work. I'm not using them next year and plan to do more shopping around.

  Rudy's Landscaping

  Rudy and his son are very fast and hard workers. He came when he said he would for the estimate. They started working within the week and I was amazed at how fast they took up the old bushes and had to dig out the roots. The landscaping turned out beautiful and in a timely manner. They never did any damage to the lawn which we take great pride in. He even cleaned the gutters on the house for no extra money!!

  They were great. They were actually very prompt, so when they said they would be there they were there. There was just a miscommunication with the original quote and the final bill. They were actually punctual,very respectful, and honest. He was just a very nice guy and I am very happy with that. Their services was great. For the price, they had one of the lowest bids for the lawn.

  JOHN A ANDERSON LANDSCAPE DSGN

  Laura Anderson is the primary contact for Anderson Landscaping and she also was the person that came to the property to do the estimate. The first day we scheduled, she was running 15 or 20 minutes late and my husband could not stay to meet her. So they rescheduled. The second time she was punctual. He reported to me that she was friendly, efficient and professional. About a week and a half after she viewed the property, I emailed her to inquire if/when they would submit the bid. There was a slight misunderstanding that it would take about two weeks for us to hear back. But once I contacted Laura, we had the bid in hand very quickly.
  They came out and did the work about a week or two later. It involved installing rock around the perimeter of the house, including 3 or 4 window wells. There is a section in the back of the house that has a small sidewalk that made the space for the landscaping very narrow. They worked around that. They also pulled out some scraggly plants and worked around a few that were good enough to leave in.
  The primary reason we had it done was to prevent water issues in the basement of the property. We haven't had heavy rain since the landscaping was installed, but I am confident that if it doesn't prevent water altogether, at the very least it will minimize it. As this is a rental property, we were looking for a low cost solution and nothing fancy, and they did exactly as we requested. The price was about 10% higher than the next lowest bid we received, but the prompt and courteous way they dealt with us caused us to choose them.
  Overall, the work they did was excellent. I definitely recommend this company for landscaping needs and would hire them again in the future.
