  • We like them. There have been a total of three visits, one for my wife and two for me. Their hygienists are very competent and they have great chairside manners. My comments on Thurston was, it was like waterboarding every time we went in there and it is significantly different. The office environment is super. The staff friendliness is outstanding.

  • I have gone here a few times and every time, it is a breeze. They are so friendly and mindful of how you feel being at the dentist. I was very nervous going to a new dentist, but the dental assistants were so friendly. On my second visit, they remembered details about our conversation and asked about updates. This personal connection helped me remain calm and relaxed. All of my appointments have been quick and comfortable. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, but I could not afford to go to a dental surgeon. When I went for my first check up, they made me feel comfortable about having them removed by them, with local anesthetic. This would put the procedure within my budget. They spent time working with my insurance, to be sure that my out of pocket was as low as possible. I was so impressed with the amount of consideration they showed. After getting my teeth pulled, I paid even less than expected and the procedure was so smooth. I went in being so nervous, and left shocked at the ease of the process. The dentist isn't so horrible when you go to a place that puts forth every effort to ensure you are happy and comfortable.

  • The whole operation is staffed by consummate professionals.  The office is very well appointed and clean.
    I walked in, signed in, and was walked back to the exam room where the procedure was performed right on schedule.  Dr. Bishop explains everything completely, and works quickly and competently.  She was very accomidating to pain management, and offered to give me breaks between each tooth she worked on.
    You can't go wrong here.

  • Everything went well.  I requested no x-rays which was agreed to.  I have had cracked tooth for some time.  I asked to stay away from that tooth during cleaning process, which was done. All of staff were very polite and professional.  I will use Dr. Clerc again.

  • I was able to get in right away (within 1 hour luckily) on a Monday and work was begun.  Dr. Tami numbed me up (she does a painless job of that) and then drilled through the crown.  The tooth released a strange odor which was an indication that the tooth had died.  She drilled and filed out all the canals and sent me home to let it drain for 2 days.  On Wednesday I went in again and she put in a  medicated filling to help take out any residual infection.  I waited 2 weeks and then went in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  She took out the medicated filling and put in a final filling to seal the tooth.  Everything went very well and I was without pain again.  On Thursday, I had some residual pain from all the physical trauma of the root canal but it did not keep me from eating or drinking on Thanksgiving.  It was a very good experience that went quite well compared to what I have experienced at the hands of other dentists.  That is why I keep coming to Dr. Tami.

    I was very pleased with the result.  I am waiting for the final bill after my insurance finishes paying for everything it is supposed to pay.  I was afraid that I would lose the crown and then have to pay for a new one but she was able to save the crown and help me keep the tooth without doing an extraction.

    My appointments went without hassle.  I was in on time each time without delay although the numbing process does take a while.

    The office staff are very friendly and helpful.  They did not require me to pay the balance immediately but suggested that we wait until the insurance is finalized before I would need to pay.

    They were having some floors refinished during my last visit but the rooms were effectively sealed so that no dust was circulating in any of the other rooms.

  • Our family has gone to them for probably 25 years. She is very caring, compassionate, and has excellent dental skills. She cares about me and my family. I am not just a patient. She cares. When someone in my family died, she has sent me cards and she goes up and above. I will tell others to go there because they would get great service.

  • It is a good dental. The dentist is good. I have not had x-rays in quite a long time. So they did x-rays. I did not really want them, but I guess they think they have to do that so often. They are very efficient. They saved me on time. When I first went there, one of my first dentists was the owner and he really helped me. So, I had been going to him ever since. I tried to go to other five or six dentist and I did not get any satisfaction. He is not there any more but some of the relatives are running it. I have not seen a lot of the dentists lately, mostly hygienists. I did see him and he is good too. Everything that the hygienist do is good. Their billing and administration is efficient enough, but sometimes it is probably more than what I wanted to pay, but I do not think it is out of line either.

  • The whole process of getting dentures for my grandfather was so easy with Dr. Kappenman. She is very good about making sure the customer is happy and that my grandfather is comfortable. I am planning on coming here myself for regular cleanings. They have a great office environment and do not try to up-sell on fancy products--just good clean teeth!

  • The cleaning is great! I have found another dentist due to Pillar's office trying to up-sell on various products that I do not need right now. It seems like they have a lot of high-tech gadgets, but need to focus more on just the basics!

  • My first appointment there couldn't have been better. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful.  My hygienist Karla was thorough and careful, as well as pleasant.  I didn't have any other work done, but Dr. Sperbeck checked my teeth and X-rays and told me all was good.  He also gave me a chance to ask questions.  I got in on time and the whole visit went as quickly as it reasonably could.  It seems many dentists these days are more into marketing than care.  Neither Dr. Sperbeck nor his staff tried to sell me anything.  I would recommend him to anyone.
