    They ended up calling me five times in less than an hour while I was out. They left no voicemail and never attempted to contact me again. The only reason I know that it was them is that I called the phone number back and got a recording.

    Things missed: dirty places on floors. Things requested sometimes forgotten.Parts of bathroom floor not clean. Misplaced house keys, denied we gave them to them. Did not notice or tell us about cat vomit on table, easily cleaned. House is not a messy house in general so it was very hard to overlook. Know they saw it because antique piece broken trying to move it away and did not tell us. Forget simple things, such as moving light chairs to mop behind or wipe small area of inside window where dog nose smears. Refuse to use furniture polish even if we supply it even on a few tables. Had to tell them to look under couch cushions to hand vacuum. Not over-expectation because never here for an hour even though that is the expected time. Some good things were very good - parts of bathrooms that are cleaned are cleaned well, when they do things well they are done well. Staff is very polite and gets right to work. It would be worth the money if things were more thorough and we did not have to replace all of our locks. The cat vomit problem and broken piece was a disappointment. There are rooms that they barely have to touch so more time can be spent with a little furniture polish on a few pieces and closer attention to the floors, the response was from someone we no longer see but "WE DO NOT DO THAT." was a bit harsh. There was one person whom I no longer see who asked whether there was anything that they do not do that we needed. There are very few options out here that we know of so we have stayed with this agency as I am disabled and overall we can do what they do not.

    Horrible. I bought a 12 month cleaning package for them, from Kelo Spotlight, to clean my house and was always completely let down every time they cleaned. Not only do they not move anything when they are dusting, but they break things and leave it for you to find. I had to call after many cleanings because they would completely skip all cleaning of the basement, not clean anything in the bathrooms, or to figure out where missing decorations went because they broke them and took it with them. The string for the blinds on my sliding door somehow broke when they were cleaning and I had to pay $70.00 to get it fixed, so much for paying to have my house cleaned. Today, they broke my picture frame, it would be nice to have a note left on the counter. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

    Let me start by apologizing for the length of this review but I wanted everyone to be clear so management could not deflect the issues at hand. Let me start with saying I have been a monthly wash member at this business for over 3 years with two vehicles. We use the Marion road location and have had good to average service, for the price, throughout the timeframe. However, once their Louise Ave location opened I decided to try this location as I was in the area. It had just opened, and upon exiting the wash my vehicles antenna was gone. After a few phones calls and some back and forth they agreed to replace it. Knowing I would continue to use them I had a flexible antenna installed, instead of a solid whip. I continued to use the Marion location with no issues. Recently this location upgraded their equipment to match the Louise location and despite having a flex antenna, it was broken off at the base the first time through. The regular employee that I see quite often was the one to find it. He said there was no issue and that this should not happen so they would fix it. He filled out a report and told me to get an estimate for fixing it. The next day I was contacted by Michelle, the Manager. After speaking with her, she apologized and told me they were aware of the issue, as others were reporting their antennas broken as well. She also said they had a part coming to fix the issue and told to get the estimate to her and she would get it approved. The next day I received a voice mail from Michelle (which I still have) stating to go get it fixed and have the repair shop call them and they would take care of it. Later, that same day, I received another call saying ���never mind the owner said we are not going to cover this as we replaced it once already and that I should have taken the antenna off.��� Mind you this is an 18 inch flexible antenna that is permanently mounted to the vehicle. It does not screw off, hence the reason the actual metal base was snapped off. I can understand not covering aftermarket pinstripes lose molding or parts that are add on equipment. How do you not cover parts of the factory vehicle? I mean if you bust the windshield are you going to fix that? That would equate to an electrician saying, ���Sorry we don���t cover electrical fires. It says so on our trucks.��� Sorry, I will be canceling both memberships and will continue to let everyone know about your lack of liability and faulty equipment.

    It went great! Denny was very professional. He called and set up my appointment personally & explained over the phone the type of cleaning he does. He arrived on time and cleaned the carpets effectively. There were some tougher spots that didn't come up right away, but he offered to come back next day with some tougher stuff. Very nice gentleman! Would definitely hire again!

    He did a great job and was very thorough.  He got us on the schedule only a few days after we called to schedule.  We would definitely recommend this business.  He did give us a 2 hour window and then called at the end of that window to tell us he was running late.

    I hired these two people to clean my house a year ago. My previous house cleaner had a conflict with daycare etc and I needed someone who would do good work and also be dependable. I referenced checked Squeaky Clean but only reached one person who gave them an unenthusiastic OK, but that they are dependable. I did find that they were there when they said they would be and were timely wiuth confirming the schedule. I was paying $20 an hour, which I find quite typical, so when they quoted $30 per hour, I said that I would be ok with $25 and they agreed to this. I asked what they do and don't do, and was told, just tell us what you need and we'll do anything you need.  For most of the year, they did an ok job, but often left at least 30 minutes early, but I assumed they felt they were done. (I paid the same every week, so they were getting their $30 an hour easily) I always left a nice note, but never got a reply back. (just not easy to warm up to) Obviously, they don't do dishes, because if my coffee cup and a used butter knife were on the counter, they were still dirty and in the sink after they left! really, what were they saying? The last time they were there, we had replaced some trim in our home, and it was exceptionally dusty in the kitchen , however I had already cleaned the most dusty area's of shelves etc. so they had to do the usual, it was just more dust than usual. They left a very nasty note saying they felt taken advantage of, and that New Construction Cleaning is much more than their usual pay, and pay up or find a new cleaning person! and some other things they chose to complain about, basically all their animosity poured out. I couldn't have been more surprised or hurt! I called them several times to discuss their "issues", but they wouldn't return my call. Then they just didn't show up or call to say they wouldn't!  I have my own opinions about these two, but basically I can tell you, i don't think they like or appreciate their customers and feel put out to be cleaning.  ( I feel qualified to state that because I USED TO CLEAN HOUSES and was happy to do it) These two are unprofessional and not that great at cleaning.

    I  have used this service several times now, and have always been quite pleased, as has my wife. This time they maintained their past quality but did not have to do such a deep clean as we've done in the past. They follow directions and work very efficiently. I am always pleased with the price versus the service. Our house is a four bedroom with 3 full baths, a 3/4 bath and a 1/2 bath. In the past, they did a great job deep cleaning our kitchen before we hosted a party at our home.

    We called them because the cleaner we hired first was not able to do the job. We told them when we hired them that it was a move out clean. They were very willing to fit us in and showed up on time. However, their work was very poor. The house we had them clean is small,. and my estimate was that it would take 3 or 4 hours for a crew to do the work. It needed top to bottom cleaning because we had a tenant moving in two weeks later. Floors, appliances, light fixtures, bathroom, baseboards - everything needed a thorough cleaning. This is not unusual - it is standard move out deep clean that any cleaning company worth it's salt does. My expectation, which I feel is NOT unreasonable, is that it is move in ready after it's professionally cleaned.

    A few days later (the soonest I could get there because I work full time) I went to the house and found the following: floors were sticky, light fixtures untouched, there was dirt and grime everywhere. They essentially swept the floors, pushing all the grime to the edges. The baseboards were sticky and dirty. The dishwasher was filthy both inside and out. They did not wipe down the hutch or any of the walls, not even where it was obviously dirty. The windows of the front door were filthy. I did not expect windows in general to be cleaned, but seriously - they didn't even wash the small windows in the front door! It is obvious when you enter the house, you can help but see those windows and how dirty there are.

    We called  to complain and the woman who answered the phone did not offer a solution.

    I will have to spend many hours doing what we hired them to do and they FAILED to do, and this is time I do not have.

    I wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot pole. They are terrible.

      The house was bid to do just the carpet but since they also new how to clean our ceramic tiles we had them do that as well ...
