Their so-called Quick Lane is horribly misnamed. It is anything but quick. Should be named QUIT lane...quit thinking you are going to get in and out of there in less than 2 hours.
Stopped by around 10:45 today. The young lady sitting at the counter said it was an hour and a half wait. I asked when was a better time. Maybe near closing at 3PM she said (they are open til 7). Then she offered up that "sometimes in the morning when we first open it is ok".
Called back at 3PM to ask what the wait time was now. Got a recording that said to leave a number and we will call back. It is now 4:20 and no call.
Really poor. Think when my lease is up I will go elsewhere.

Clearly they picked the most expensive solution first, then worked their way down the list.  I complained but the only break they gave us was to waive the 150.00 labor on the oil drain valve.  We had the car in there a total of 4 times.  On one of the occasions they even gave us back the wrong car.  All in all the project hung us up for 3 weeks with parts delays and the final cost was over a thousand dollars.  OH... they did provide us with a free loaner car.
Possibly the fact that we are out-of-towners had something to do with it.  I told the service manager I was going to post here, it didn't matter.
I would not recommend this dealer to any out-of-towner for sure!

They neglected to give me a printout of their computer diagnostics and cleared the information off of the engine ECM.  The net result was that without the printout I wouldn't be able to get the warranty work done elsewhere unless the Check Engine Light came on again.  I'm still driving with the expectation that the check engine light will come on again but it will be too late. Very Frustrating.

Dealer told me that my check engine light indicated that I needed a new catalytic converter.  Cost at the dealer was $$$.  Buck's Muffler was very reasonably priced.  They were nice guys and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need.  They were very helpful; I'd definitely use them again.

I had my vehicle in for a brake job and was informed that the tie rods and one ball joint needed to be replaced. I had the dealership take a look a week later during an oil change. They confirmed Abes recommendation and quoted a much higher rate. Made an appointment with Abes and they had it done by early afternoon, along with an alignment from another shop. Was very pleased with the work, price, and promptness!

They did an oil change, which I use synthetic oil for. They did a tire rotation. They replaced the cabin filter, and they did a fuel injector service. They are competitively priced, and they do an excellent job with the service. The waiting area is nice, and the personnel are really wonderful. I've been a customer there for at least 10 years. I love that they explain everything when I ask questions.

Very well. Needed better winter tires and talked with them. Told them what brand and model I wanted and they went and got the and price matched. They called to say battery was near death and I okayed a new one.
Done sooner than expected and they are very courteous and professional.

I had installed a set of E3.66 spark plugs in my GMC myself and the next morning my GMC would barely stay running.  I took my GMC to Dave and he replaced three ignition coils and put the stock Delco spark plugs back in.  The problem was fixed.  Since I made no other changes to my GMC other than installing the E3.66 spark plugs it had to be the E3.66 spark plugs that ruined my three ignition coils.  Dave found the issue, corrected the issue and I haven't had this issue since.  Been going to Dave for years.  Fixes things right the first time without additional costs.

They have always given correct quotes and have had the vehicles done when promised. If other problems are found they have always called and given an estimate and if the work needed to be done or if it could wait. Both of my sons also use Team for there bigger jobs such as new shocks on e one of the cars. they were under estimate and done on time.

I took my car in for an oil change and their free winter inspection.  They found a leak in my exhaust and fixed it on the spot, no need for a second appointment!.
Go see Gary and Kemp and Neighborhood Automotive S&R, they're the best.  They're knowledgeable, reasonable, and professional.  They may or may not be the cheapest in town but they're the only ones I trust with my vehicle!
