    I used this service in the past with no problems.  They wanted my charge card to guarantee pickup which I gave against my better judgement. There was no problem 1st time. We called to use them again for pickup at the same airport but canceled due to weather.  Called in plenty of time that they never made the trip. They wouldn't refund the money but said they'd " work with us". We just called assuming we had a credit & were informed we needed to use credit within 2 wks.  Impossible when we're out of state. This is long past the time where we could have called our charge card company.  This is a very dishonest company in my opinion,  We learn this stuff young but sometimes we need to be reminded, don't pay the ferry man!

    Leading up to the wedding and after the staff was very helpful, answering any questions they could or contacting some one who could answer the questions for us.  The staff was very courteous and professional.  The general areas were clean and comfortable with a nice atmosphere.  The room was large, clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated the number of people in and out at any given time.  I had an excellent nights sleep followed by a nice breakfast the next morning.

    MID-STATES CAMPERS SALES
    Purchased our RV a year ago from a private owner and found the roof membrane was lifting and needed to be replaced. Obtained quotes from four local camper sales/service facilities; however, did not fix the roof until almost a year later than originally quoted.
    Mid-States was low and and quot;normallyand quot; I won't do work with the low bidder. Went back to who we wanted to use initially and found that they weren't responsive in calling us back (three times) and their quote went up over 500.00 more; which could be understandable with increases of materials.
    Since we were not getting our calls returned from this other facility, we opted to call Mid-States. We found them very satisfactory in several areas:
    1) Service personnel were very courteous and returned calls promptly. This specific individual did so well that I really must mention his name; Doug R. Great guy to work with!
    2) Mid-States made every effort to get the RV in for repairs quickly; I believe they had it in within a week.
    3) They honored the quote we received from them almost a year earlier!
    4) Items I thought needed to be repaired were actually fine. My ignorance on how to operate the items led to me thinking they were broke. Mid-States informed me nothing was actually broke and walked me through the process of how to operate the item. In this case it was A/C that wasn't working off the generator. I was not aware that the main plug in simply was not plugged into an outlet located in an area I was unaware of; my ignorance being a new RV owner! lol
    5) Chatting with Doug, I told him about how the RV loved to be blown around on the highway from either wind or trucks passing by. He told me about a product that would help remedy this; TigerTrak stabilizer system that is mounted under the RV. Although I've only driven it a couple times with this system, so far it seems to have made a huge difference!
    If I were asked by someone where to take their camper for repairs, I would have no hesitation on recommending Mid-States service department. Of course it's only been a month since we've had the roof replaced, but I have confidence that if any issues arise, they will be there to take care of it.
    Mid-States should really be glad to have a service rep such as they do with Doug. He really has helped me with any questions I've had and returns calls! Great guy!
