I arrived to my scheduled appointment, early and prepared with I'D, insurance cards, my current meds list, and medical history. They had my secondary insurance information, which has not changed since 01/01/09. They did not have my primary insurance information. I thought it was quite odd. That information had not changed either since 01/01/09. My exam with Sandra Miller was great as usual. I discovered, on June 2nd, 2012 that an office employee, was a little too familiar with my husband of almost 24 years. Needless to say, I now have to find a new gynecology provider. I did file a complaint with the office manager.

He is terrible and I would not recommend him.  I have had some ongoing issues that were just un-diagnosable; he was probably the sixth or seventh OB/GYN that I had gone to.  I was impressed with him in the initial conversation because he said that he was a teaching doctor which usually means that they are up on things and they are always learning new things.  So I was hoping that he would have some kind of insight that the other doctors didn’t have.  I made it clear to him that I just wanted to know what's going on.  I am young so I can't imagine that it is menopause, but something strange is happening and I just wanted result.  I didn’t want drugs and I didn’t want surgery; if he could tell me what it is, I think there are natural means of doing them.  I did send them multiple letters that firstly, not only did I feel violated during the exam, I mean I have never felt so disgustingly violated in my whole life.  He was so cold and clinical after I had just poured my heart out about everything going on physiologically.  He walked me out and instead of saying it was nice to meet me or anything like that, he just turned his back on me and walked off.  He didn’t listen to anything I said; first thing he recommended was drugs.  My body is not efficient in drugs.  My lack of drugs is not causing the problems and I wanted to know if it was hormonal or something else.  Next thing he said was to just remove my uterus.  There is nothing wrong with my uterus.  I sent them a letter stating how I felt and I had never been treated that way.  I waited 6 months for a bill and I thought maybe he was researching or trying to solve the problem.  I finally get the bill; it had ended up being an insurance goof up that made it take that long.  Nothing ever came from the doctor.  I sent my first letter again and a second letter with my payment; they just cashed the payment and never responded even once.  I wouldn’t have even repeated this had they made an effort to tell me that they recognized something and would work with me to get it resolved.  They didn’t reach out to me in any way.  He has no place examining women.
