AWOLFF'S PLUMBING & HEATING INC.I will only call these folks from here on out! When I discovered water in the basement, I contacted a plumber. He spent several hours looking for the source. He left to get materials and didn't return. After several no-shows, I contacted Wolff's Plumbing and Heating. Within a few hours, all of the work was done. Rod, who worked on the plumbing, and Wyatt, who worked on the furnace and AC, were very professional and courteous. They made sure that I understood what the problem was, what to look for in the future, and ways I could save money.- Kerry S.

AAire Serv of the Black HillsChuck and Chris did an excellent job in putting in the new hvac system with new duct work. They installed the system on 90 degree days where it had to be even hotter in the attic and crawl space but were completely professional in getting the installation complete. I am completely satisfied with the job they did and will use them again for any hvac work that I may need in the future.- Joan F.

AJDs Equipment Service LLCGreat. Justin made sure everything was done right and pleasing to the eye. We are very pleased with the system and the men at JDs Equipment- David E.

AANDERSON HEATING & AC SVCMike came highly recommended by a customer who uses him to service multiple properties. We have a very old Ruud unit (40+) I feared was ready for the boneyard. With some ingenuity, Mike now has our system up and running good as new (with noticeably better cooling).... and the whole repair was at a surprisingly reasonable cost!! Considering the age of our unit, he could have very easily convinced us we needed a new one. We very much appreciate his responsiveness ad ingenuity... and we especially appreciate his business practices. When we do need to eventually replace our A/C unit, we will definitely be calling Mike.- Joe C.

AJDs Equipment Service LLCWe are so pleased with everything they did. They were on time, thorough and professional from estimate to completion, and would hire them again for any work we needed done.- Judy F.

AK & D Appliance Service IncI called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the furnace to working order in less than an hour. No parts were needed and there was only a trip charge plus a labor charge.- Kelly J.

AK & D Appliance Service IncWorked with Dave, the owner, figuring out which Trane components, were the best to suit the needs of my single family residence. In a 65 year old house, there are issues to be resolved. Not a big deal for Dave. The install date was settled upon and the work I was to do accomplished before their arrival. Such as putting in new thermostat cable, getting the electrical disconnect installed and getting the natural gas line - on line. The two guys who installed the units were the best. Timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and neat about their work. They were also able to install the lines to the condensing unit so I would not remove part of the ceiling in my basement. This is impressive. As a final note: When the city inspector arrived post install, a few questions and the furnace/AC was passed as the guys at the city inspection office know of their quality of work.. Again impressive.- Bruce B.
-
AAffordable Service & Repair, LLCWe own rental properties and they do all our heating and cooling for our units. We have known them a long time and they do all of our work. They are quick to respond to problems, day or night- even weekends (with a little higher price). With the windy cold snap we have had in our area people have had a hard time keeping their pilot lights lit and they come out fast whenever we need.- Ardis L.
-
AFIRE & ICE HEATING AND COOLINGWe had trouble with it last year and they worked on it then so when we called them this year they knew what had been done before and figured it out immediately.- Roxann S.

AK & D Appliance Service IncExcellent overall job. Tech was friendly and professional. Tech arrived during scheduled appointment window. Very clean work.- Bob T.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Appliancezone.com is a leading on-line retailer of appliance parts and accessories for do-it-yourself homeowners. Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.

FThis is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts.

FHVAC professional told this Home Warranty Inc that I had a leak in my A/C coil and would leak again if filled. Home Warranty Inc said that I had to pay for it to be refilled at a cost around $500 at my expense to see if it leaks???? I paid my premiums for over 2 yrs and the 1st time I call them to put in a claim they told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket before they would fix the A/C despite the the HVAC told them it wouldn't fix the problem and the RF 22 old refrigerant would leak into the air which they seemed not to care it is environmentally bad & illegal. Read their fine print in detail the list what they won't cover and what I was told is they repair things not replace them. Plus they have a cap on how much they really will spend to fix A/C units. ($2,500) Which means anything they to repair on your A/C deducts from that cap per year. But their advertising sure makes it look like they would fix A/C issues and happily take your money! F-

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.

FG&S Construction NEVER returned my call. I find it highly unprofessional not to return a call, even if just to say “we cannot do the job”. Thankfully we found a reputable company that returned our calls, came and looked at the job site, gave us a fair estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner.

FThey told me the furnace needed replaced and tried to sell me a new one for 4k. I had another company fix it for 250 dollars. Then D and R billed me for 250 dollars which I complained about and got down to 200. But was told it was only 80 amd hour to look at it. They then spent approximately an hour to tell me it needed replaced which was bs. So they over charged me 120 dollars. Rip off. Go elsewhere and save money and get a businessman with morals and respect. D and R is garbage.
