    Being a recent college graduate and transplant to Pierre, it was necessary for me to purchase a car on my own for the first time. On February 28th, 2014, I purchased a 2001 Saturn L300 with 87k miles for $4837 from Wegner. The following is a brief synopsis of the problems I have had not only with the car but the dealership and its questionable business ethics as a whole.
    The car had a documented issue from the previous owner when Wegner acquired the car.
    The head gasket issue was identified by a mechanic at Beck Motors when the car was under the previous owner. I have a physical copy of the invoice that backs this up as a ���known issue���.
    The problem was overlooked and not disclosed prior to the sale.
    It is the dealer���s responsibility to inspect every car they sell for major issues like this and to deal with them appropriately before the car is sold. It is unacceptable to me that a dealer missed such a major issue- intentional or not, both reveal their intentions as unprofessional, greasy, deceitful, and predatory, pushing lemons they haven���t bothered to properly inspect on the population.
    The head gasket problem was not fixed as per an agreement reached by a manager, Don, and me when the problem was first dealt with in April.
    It was claimed by Wegner���s Service Department after repairs had been completed that the head gasket was not the problem, but something else.
    Because of this improper diagnosis, the car���s head gasket problem has recently resurfaced due to it not being properly dealt with in April.
    Repairs to this car to fix the known issue are worth more than the car itself, rendering an out-of-pocket payment by me financially unwise and impracticable.
    I am stuck making payments on a car that was already at death's door when I bought it, and currently only has salvage value.
    As a new resident to Pierre most of my time here has been filled with stress and anxiety over this situation.
    Also as a recent college grad and given my starting salary, my options here are
    limited by my financial capabilities. I will not risk purchasing another car
    from Wegner since this has been my experience so far.
    Therefore, because the Saturn was sold to me with a major known issue that was overlooked, and subsequent agreed upon repair work done by Wegner after I purchased it has failed to fix said issue, I expected Wegner to honor my request, which is that I receive a full refund of the purchase price of the car, to which I would reserve the right to spend at any dealership deserving of my business. This has proved unsuccessful and I���ve taken it upon myself to share my downright rotten experience with Wegner so others won't experience this. I feel violated and angry that I was screwed over so thoroughly by Wegner.

    It worked great AJ figured out which part was not working and fixed it. I thought it was the power to the window that was broke. When AJ diagnosed it he found it was on the the switch and saved me a lot of money by only fixing the broken part.
    Finally and Honest Mechanic.
    Have had AJ work on many issues with my cars in the last 30 years. He has had did everything from changing and engine to changing the oil. I have never had a problem with anything he fixed.

    I also asked to have my air conditioning fixed. The mechanic correctly found that I had an internal air filter that was so dirty it wasn't letting air blow. That wasnt the full problem, but I haven't taken it in again. I just don't have the time to take it in twice for one problem.

    I called late on Friday, December 30th and left a message that I'd like to have work done on my vehicle. I received a return call on Monday, January 2, 2012. I explained that I wanted the heater fan, and rear washer looked at, and that I wanted the oil changed. I told them that I wanted an estimate on the heater fan and rear washer before they were fixed. I told him that I would decide on the repairs after I knew the cost involved. I said that it is my only vehicle and I really can't be without it for more than a day because I work two jobs, volunteer at a local non profit organization and have dogs that need let outside every four hours or so. We scheduled to look at the problems and change the oil on Wednesday, the 4th. I dropped off the vehicle at 7:30 AM before work and received a call early in the afternoon with the determination that a part had burned out causing the heater fan to not work on high. And that the rear washer fluid motor had burned out. I had discovered in kink in the washer fluid line so I wasn't surprised by the motor needing replaced. He told me that the parts were available in town, the cost would be $349. and some change, and that they could replace the parts by 4:30 when I get off work. When I arrived to pay the bill and pick up my vehicle, he showed me the burned out electrical part for the heater fan and the cost was exactly what the estimate was. BRAVO!! Even if I don't know what the heater fan part is, I really appreciate that he showed me the damaged part.

    when they put the tire on the rim they sratched every spoke on the wheel with the machine they would only give me 125.00 dollars for the damage thats the price for one new wheel there response is that this has never happend to all the wheels before so they didnt know what to do.
