Found mold growing in my townhouse in January. Before our annual townhouse association meeting I had Phill come and look at it to see how urgent an issue this was. I called him as I had used him last year to repair the cement infront of my townhouse. He came over right away and assessed it, gave me a ballpark figure (which the final bill was close too and nice for budgeting), and advised me when the best time would be to replace it (the spring; after the snow melts). I informed my townhouse members of my suitation and we involved the insurance company who decided that they would cover the cost of the repairs. I have never had repairs done in my house before, so Phill was helpful in letting me know what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing. He showed me where the water damage occured, how it got in (from the shingles, ice damming) and gave recommendations on how to fix the problem so it won't occur again. Phill was very conscientious about matching the texture of the walls and ceiling to the rest of the room. Did a good job of keeping me informed and would hire agian.

Jared and Derek are true professionals, meticulous, and did an outstanding job on both our garage floor and patio. Fixed all the cracks in our garage floor and put down a beautiful finish. The floor looks like tile with a high gloss. Clean it with vinegar and water and stays beautiful. Same with patio, just rinse with water hose. Took our old dull concrete to new a new level and made it look like flagstone. Can't wait to have company over. Highly Recommend Concrete Revival. They did a lot of work on the Harley emblems and we plan on doing more next year.

I got one person (Tyson the owner) along with 4-5 guys that looked like and acted like they were hired off the corner and no knowledge of how to roof properly. During the tear off they didn't put down any tarps there for still picking nails out of the yard. The shingles were just thrown off roof to the ground where the trampled my flower garden, broke a light off of my deck, ripped gutters off the roof, and scratched the siding along with tar on the siding. The shingles sat on my wood deck with no tarp under it with it being 90 plus degrees out side, which left tar all over my deck. There was no clean up when they were done I had to do it all myself. The gutters were clogged with old chunks of shingles, nails and tar paper. He was $1000 cheaper than all other quotes, so I would say pay the extra to have a PROFESSIONAL do it.  The cement work I had him do was the same, no-one knew what they were doing. He attempted twice on a 22x24 sq ft cement patio, Never turned out level or look good. Fired him before starting the 14x90 sq ft driveway. ALL IN ALL HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL, NONE OF HIS WORKERS HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT OR HOW TO DO THE WORK!!!!!

Hildebrand Concrete was subcontracted to provide 30+ yards of concrete for a shop floor project, approx. 70 miles from their Kadoka SD batch plant.  Hildebrand contacted the customer several days before the scheduled pour for a confirmation of directions to the location of the pour.  Detailed directions were given, and understood.  On the scheduled day of the pour, four out of five trucks got lost resulting in an extra two to four hours of the concrete sitting on the trucks.  Concrete on the first truck was managable, but the concrete on the remaining trucks was setting up.  Hildebrand was repeatedly asked to add water to the mix, and refused.  The end result was a substandard floor with many cracks, waves, and cold joints.  When contacted by the customer, Hildebrand denied any wrong doing.
