  Precision Carpentry & Plumbing was very responsive when I contacted them to change my hot water heater & a leak i had under my house. They showed up the next morning and finished the job the same day. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone doing a remodel or any plumbing issue. In fact they will be doing an addition to my home next month.

  Email response was pretty quick to start but trailed off after that. In the angieslist correspondence (which was initiated on a Sunday) he promised a follow up call by the end of the week. I did not hear from him by Friday but did by the following Monday. He said he would stop by, either that night (Monday) or Tuesday. That was the last I heard from David. I was disappointed at the lack of communication but not completely caught off guard since there had been several reviews with a similar experience.

  First off this is my first experience with any kind of contracting.  I was asked for payment throughout the process and once last payment was received had a difficult time getting work finished.  I also was asked to write out the contract and was not aware how detailed I should have made it.  I had to make extra purchases throughout.   I do understand that all home remolding will not go as planned and costs will come up.  I was very happy with the paint work, floor refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal and crown moulding installation.  Otherwise work was not what I expected.  I do not have a design bone in my body and asked that materials be chosen however should have picked it out and purchased myself and had this figured into pricing.  His crew is very nice, polite and accommodating to my needs during the work.  If you choose to work with him please take these things to note: 1: work out a detailed contract including all materials, time for work to be completed and payment. 2: Also make changes to the contract that are discussed during work.  3: Purchase all materials yourself and have price worked out for labor.  I would not recommend the other work I had completed related to finished look and quality of work/materials. I think if I had more knowledge about how the process worked and was able to be on site more this would have been a better experience.  I think I would use Fernando again knowing what I know now however have moved from the area.

  Bradley Construction LLC

  I had called three other contractors and set up estimate meetings with each.  All three failed to show up to the estimate meetings.  All three failed to even return calls after that.  I came to Angie's List and saw Bradley Construction at the top of the list in good reviews.  I called Vaughn(project manager) and he came out the same day to give an estimate.  He was very professional and answered every question I had.  He had his painters there the next week and they finished the job in under a day.  I would definitely use Bradley Construction again.
