  I had to get rid of two big oak trees that have been worrying me for some time. Being a first time customer for tree removal service, I wasn���t sure what to expect.   Very well! Andrews came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. He understood the process of working through an insurance company, and was able to have crew and trucks on site within 2 days. These guys work together very well, taking time to plan their work first and move safely through the job. They also clean up all debris afterwards I have worked with these guys before and was very impressed the first time. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done promptly and professionally.

  Not expecting service for another 3 weeks, they called and said they had a cancellation and they could do the job that day. They arrived within 30 minutes with all the tools and equipment to take down this large tree, grind the limbs without leaving any debris, lift and place the large trunk in a truck, and grind the stump to 6" below the ground. They removed the debris from the street, the yard, and especially from the stump grinding. They actually raked the yard to get the debris from the stump grinding. After hiring several tree services over the years, this company was the first to remove the debris from the stump grinding. A truly professional organization in all respects.

  Sox & Freeman Tree Expert Co

  Sox and Freeman had been recommended to me by several friends, and I was told that they're top notch: very professional in every way (if somewhat on the expensive side, given their quality and expertise).  I have a hackberry tree in the my backyard that has a rotten spot on the trunk, and left a message on their machine after 5:00 pm asking to have it evaluated.  The next morning, shortly after 9:00 am, they returned my call, and we set up a time for the the following week.  Chris Freeman showed up right on time, and evaluated the tree.  While he said the rotten spot is compromised to some degree, it's not something that would warrant taking the tree down at this time.  He told me how to keep an eye on it, what the future probably holds in terms of a timeline, and also warned me about symptoms to look for of a hackberry blight that's currently affecting trees in SC.  
  If the tree ever had to come down, he estimated the cost would be around $2,000, owing to the tree's size, its location in my backyard near power lines, etc.  While that's considerably more than I expected, his explanation made sense.  However, what I greatly appreciate is that he didn't try to "sell" me on taking down an otherwise healthy tree now.  He certainly could have (after all, he's the expert), and could have made a quick $2,000.  But he showed professionalism and integrity by giving me an honest evaluation.  In doing so, if and when the tree (or other trees on my property) need attention, Sox and Freeman will be my first call.  And it's the reason I'm writing a strong review here.

  US Tree Climbers

  Robbie and his assistant were polite, courteous and professional the whole time. Robbie came out the same day I requested an estimate and completed the job the next day. His price for the job was very fair. It only took a little over 2 hours to complete the job and there was no damage to my property. They cleaned up so good, except for the tree stump, it's like they were never there. I will definitely recommend and use U.S. Tree Climbers again.
