ARytec Electric LLCTwo electricians came at the scheduled time. They were very considerate and helpful, and kept me informed throughout the project. They did an excellent job of all the electrical work and cleaned up after themselves in each location. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the labeling of the main electrical panel. They found the rooms and appliances for each breaker and labeled it accordingly. AJIM DANDY to the rescue, LLCEverything went great! Clay was here within about 2hrs and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my fan. He went above and beyond by replacing some bad screws and redid the assembly that holds the fan to the ceiling for a secure and safe fit. It now works great and the wobble is gone! Additionally, Clay is just a really nice guy, charges fair prices and is a total professional. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I will most definitely give him a call if/when any other issues arise for which I need help around the house.- Andrew S.

AThis was the second -- and biggest -- job we had Clay do for us, and we couldn't be happier. He did an excellent job of removing three old wooden box posts, replacing them with synthetic colonial posts, and tying the new posts into our existing porch railing. There were no "surprise" charges when the work was done, and the curb appeal of our home has increased tremendously!

FThey are very good at making a good initial impression. I was asked to make a deposit of approx. $2,780 for a shower renovation project. However, I was shamelessly told that the contract would not include any start or completion dates of any kind because if they could not meet a deadline, I would become angry, and they could not continue to work with an angry customer. According to Dan Osterhaus, we had trust each other if we were to do business together. In other words, he wanted me to give him $2,800 with no commitment whatsoever that he would ever start and/or complete the work. This guy is either a cunning and dishonest businessman or a complete idiot; two very good reasons not hire this company.
