  AFFORDABLE REMODELING SVC

  He re-did the bathroom floors, tile, and re-painted everything. Him and his son looked professional. They were on time. It took 5-7 days to complete. They hauled away all the trash. They were very neat and clean.

  It went very smooth. We had a water leak in our home and had to shop for new floors. My husband visited Floor Boys and met with Michael. Michael actually took the time THAT day to come out to do an estimate for us because he wanted to help us speed the process along due to our water leak. I called Michael numerous times after hours with questions and he was nothing but helpful and polite.
  
   When the workers showed up to put the floor in, we were at work,but when I got home, they had over half the floors done and they were determined to get them done because they knew we had been walking on concrete floors due to the water leak. Workers were super polite and didn't let little things like my two dogs barking, and my 7 year old daughter walk up and down the hallway for a few things get them agitated!! The workers were nothing but polite to my family. If we had any questions they answered us right away and again......super polite!!!! My floors are completed and they look fantastic. 
  
  The price and quality of the customer service was all around an A+ for me. I will be recommending Floor Boys to everyone!!

  It went well. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and they met that goal. They also kept with the contracted price. I was very impressed by their communication. Every evening I would get a call telling me exactly what work had been done that day, what would be done the next day, who would be there, when they would arrive and where we were in the whole project. When things did not go exactly as planned, as they always do in any construction project, they made it right. I hosted a drop in for my neighbors after completion and everyone was very impressed with the quality of the work I would certainly use them again.

  Cheryl contacted me and came by to give an estimate within just a few hours of my initial contact. I have an older home and wanted to refinish the old pine plank flooring in my bathroom which had a lot of adhesive residue. She was very upfront about possible shading that might appear on the wood after they were sanded since there had originally been linoleum tiles on the floor. The price was a bit more than I anticipated, but in her cost estimate Cheryl explained that there was a minimum setup charge, which made perfect sense to me, especially since the sanding had to be done with a smaller sander since the space wouldn't allow for the larger equipment. They showed up on time and completed the work as promised, which included installing new quarter-round molding. I love the results and will definitely use this company in the future. By the way, Columbia Flooring refinished all of the oak flooring in my house when I bought it 28 years ago, and they are still in pretty good shape, which is why I contacted them to do this work.

  This was my first time to ever use a service at my house and I was SO impressed with Door to Door Floors. I left a message on my first call and it was returned within an hour just to tell me that he couldn't talk right away but that he would call later and we could set up a time to meet.

  The mobile showroom was so great. Jim came and measured and explained what would happen and we signed the contract that same day. The price was very fair and I was so pleased.

  When the workmen arrived, they were so professional and very fast. We are going to remodel our bathroom next year and I have already assured them that they will be my first call. Very, very pleased customer!!

  I just love Amy Fox.  She could not have been nicer or more helpful.  I have worn hardwood floors in my kitchen that I wanted to cover with something that would 'float' over them and not need to be glued down.  As a serious cook, I also wanted something that would be fairly hard-wearing and offer some cushioning under foot.  Amy immediately said "Sheet vinyl."  I had assumed this would be my best option, but other salesmen had steered me away from it toward more expensive products that were less suited to my needs.  Amy also found the manufacturer who could deliver really quickly without a delivery fee and arranged for me to buy an appropriately sized remnant at a significant reduction in cost.  All of which saved me a lot of money.  It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company.
