I think their price was reasonable. They were very professional and were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained the process.

Wonderful experiences. Very strongly recommend them for both small and large jobs. They managed our 6 unit rentals for 12 years and completed many of the projects/issues that come up over that time, with ease and professionalism. Our tenets really liked them, and their work(not messy;timely, efficient). If the rental properties needed to be painted, either inside or ouside, he did the work.

Have personally and professionally been involved with Columbia Contractors for over 15 years. Have utilized many services; General Contracting; Handyman; Property Management. Punctual; Professional; Reasonable; Follow-through to Completion. Utilized Property Management through Columbia Contractors for 12 years, also to include the General Contracting abilities during that time.   They are capable of performing tasks and project on many levels (large/small) with the same degree of professionalism.

He has the capabilities to solve a lot of problems and then if it is something else that requires other expertise he calls other people. You can count on him and the people he calls. He only reaches out to others that have a similar mindset as his. They are responsible, respectful, and do the job right. He stands by his work and he does communicate. He does large and small jobs.
