    Level-Up Masonry LLC
I must say that I couldn't have made a better choice in contractors. They arrived on time throughout the process. The crew was extremely courteous and their work was professional and very detailed oriented. I would not hesitate to do business again with them in the future.

    Crawlspace Medic
Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like 100% moisture and previous repairs poorly completed. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasnt really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made. Sharon, Paul and Stanley were great; they made the process very easy and efficient from the initial phone call to the installation. Paul came out to do the initial visit (11/14) and assured me he had seen much worse and his company had developed methods to do all the necessary repairs from underneath the house leaving the current bathroom intact. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. Crawlspace medic is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services.

    Crawlspace Medic
Technician arrived on time and did the inspection in about 20 minutes. He was courteous and proved a written evaluation of the crawl space including actual moisture level. Fortunately we don't have any problems or need for remediation. If we did need some work to be done, would definitely call Crawl Space Medic again.

    Classic Design
I was very pleased with them. The past services were probably about $7000. Because they did such a good job with that they're going to redo my entire kitchen for about $25,000. They came in and talked to us and told us what they could do without me having to pay $2000 upfront for a design. I had one problem with what they had done. They went and got the materials and came back and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes. Everything was excellent. They've been perfect.

    TERRATEC INC
I can't really complain about anything that they did and thought the work was satisfactory. They came when they were supposed to and cleaned up after their work. I had to have a conversation with the president of the organization about their cost and it was reduced by $250. Unfortunately the home inspector at the time that we were preparing to sell the home found a problem. The inspector they used was Terratec to follow-up on the home inspector and so that was the only association we had. We decided not to call a second structural group to compare the service. Our real estate agent felt that this was a reasonable charge and a reasonable company and that's what made it satisfactory. We really didn't think it needed to be done and neither did a friend who's a structural engineer, but when the inspection was held the prospective buyers knew about the problem or thought there was a problem we had to go through with it to sell the house. I want need them again because we moved to a retirement community, but if I had to use them I suppose I would. I didn't find any fault with what they did.

All Dry Of The Carolinas Inc
I submitted my info on the All-Dry website and within an hour I was contacted by someone in their office.  An appointment was made for Todd to come give us an estimate the next week.  The estimate given of  ~$2,600.00 we felt was reasonable for the job. The workmen came at the appointed time and worked until after dark.  Francisco was the foreman.  He and his crew installed a French drain all along the front and side of the house toward the lowest point.  They were courteous and hard working.  They did a beautiful job and didn't leave a mess to clean up.  Highly recommended.

    Kelly Construction
Excellent! everything is beautiful. The only problems we had were when the window didn't come in as they were ordered. This was not his fault. Things after the job went South. Had trouble getting him on the phone when we had a "punch list" of problems with the job. He finally came out and fixed the stuff but wasn't happy about it.

    BRUNER'S CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
David came right away and gave us a verbal estimate of what we wanted done in the front yard/driveway area. He also understood that we wanted it to look nice, and we settled on a price to remove both the old concrete, replace, as well as add the new areas. We originally did not think we could afford to have old concrete removed, we were just going to add new. He was able to schedule the work right away, although we were not necessarily in a hurry. He estimated 2 to 3 days; it ended up being only 2 days. He was unable to start on the original start date, due to a delay with dump truck contractor. But all the work was done, and finished within two days after the original date. Only concern I had was that he did not make a drawing or write down what we discussed. We did have to remind him of a few details when the forms were being built, and some minor changes were needed. Overall, it was a good experience.
