    Midlands Appliance Service LLC
Steve was great! He gave me a window of time he arrive and called when he thought he might be late(wasn't). Didn't take long to figure out the problem then he laid out all the options. It ended up being the timer which would be kinda expensive but also pointed out a prpblem that was waiting to happen. Given the age of the washer, cost of repair and an impending problem, we decided to put our money into a new washer. Still paid a visit fee but well worth it. Steve was very professional and well definitely call him again if we need his services.

    Sloan Appliance Service
The lady who took my original call asked me if my vent was clear for my Maytag dryer and I assumed my attempt to blow out the debris had worked. I was wrong! She tried! Thank you for only service call and coming earlier than planned. Shawn was great!

They have always been on time and the technicians let you know what the best scenario is for your problem. They also let you know what the cost will be upfront and your service fee is included in the repair. Thanks Shawn!

    Sloan Appliance Service
As always, the entire experience was great and we would not think of contacting anyone else! Due to stories we have have heard from our friend's past experiences with other appliance repair companies, finding a great business like Sloan Appliance is a blessing. The office staff was professional and worked with us to accommodate our schedule. The technician was punctual, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The repair did not take long at all and was very reasonably priced. They have continued to impress us each time we have an issue with one of our appliances and we would not think of using or recommending any other appliance repair company besides Sloan Appliance. Thank you Sloan Appliance!!

    ADVANCE APPLIANCE SVC INC
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY PRICE GOUGE. Brad, the repairman, came on Friday and looked at the non-functioning ice maker. He stated the ice maker needed to be replaced after a quick glance and little inspecting.. When I questioned what was wrong as it was a fairly new, he simply stated they just don't make stuff like they used to. He stated he would get the part and install on Monday. That should have been my first clue that this was not a reputable business. But as the service call was $89, and that was to be deducted from the total on Monday he assured me, i agreed to the service. BIG MISTAKE. Brad came back on Monday and replaced the ice maker, but when I received the total bill, there was an increase in the quote I was given on Friday. According to Brad, the water valve also had to be replaced for the warranty to be effective and that was the reason for the increase. Nothing had been mentioned of this prior to his return or at his return. Sounds like a line to me. So, you just did the extra work and did not bother to tell the customer until it was time to pay? What reputable business does that? He never would answer the question, and tried to make it my responsibility to have asked if there was an increase, like I have a crystal ball that I should have known, and asked about the extra cost. He was very argumentative and talked in circles without giving a straight answer. He also lied about taking the invoice I received from him on Friday. First, he stated he did not take it and left it on the table with the one from today. Then 2 minutes later, he stated there is only 1 invoice per service, and he had torn up Friday's invoice. Then another 2 minutes later, he had left the invoice on the table again. I asked to talk with the owner of the business and Brad stated he ran the business as the owner lived out of state. He stated he didn't even talk with the owner, and he stated the owner would not take calls, that he was the one in charge. Really?? Wow. That explains a lot. Please learn from my mistake and don't get taken by this company like I did. Find a reputable company to do business with, one that is honest, and up front about charges.

    QUALITY APPLIANCE REPAIR & SVC
We found my mom's fridge was leaking when we arrived from out of town. Being Friday, we did not have time to schedule a service call in advance.. Quality was able to fit us in at the last minute. The repair was made and all appears to be well. They were also cheaper than a couple of quotes we got by phone.

    Sully's Appliance Repair
Sully came in and took apart the washer and drained all the tubes and pulled out the pipes and pulled out trash. He put the washer back together and made sure that the washer was draining. He also guarantees his work for 1 month and will come back out if it is the same problem.
