APainter's PlaceOur community works with many contractors. Mr. Mancine was professional from start to finish. His quote was comparable to others that had quoted the job. We have had experience with many painters and there are clear differences in the quality of work from the excellence of completing the actual task to leaving the apartment clean and ready for move-in. These apartments are turned and painted every 18 months or so often, especially in a quick turn around, we see every flaw in the wall. Generally, in these cases, patched areas are easily spotted and due to the rushed work, wall plates & light fixtures as well as baseboards and ceilings are the receipients of unwanted paint or even worse the back splash of paint is on the floors and doors. This was certainly NOT the case with the job completed by Painter's Place. The corners and lines are crisp and the paint is even and smooth. There is no evidence that pictures were ever hung on these walls. There is no paint on wall plates, baseboards, doors or the floor. The apartments were left cleaner when the job was completed than when the job was quoted. There was no evidence that a contractor had even been there. The apartment was pristine!!! Personally, I have been in the senior housing for over 20 years and have had many experiences with different painters and contractors. Painter's Place level of excellence stands above the rest!!!- Robin G.

He was always prompt and here at the times he promised. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in all his work.
