  • It was fine. It’s a general practice that they see my whole family and kids. They’re very good. They get you in a timely manner. They’re very attentive and they give quality care. They give referrals if you need one. You can get in very quickly. It’s all good. They have very nice office. The staff is always very helpful, courteous and very professional. They usually cover themselves that they’ll get back to you. I think it’s 24 hours and oftentimes, it’s before that. It depends on what you need. They have an online patient portal. You can contact the office that way. Once you’re an established patient, you can interact with your doctor through email. It’s very handy. You can make appointments that way or if you need a prescription refilled, you can send them email and if your doctor is not in that day, someone else covers it. Someone usually responds back to you very quickly. It’s very nice and very convenient. It surely helps a lot. If my children are sick and you need same day appointment, their multiple nurse practitioners will get you to see someone if you don’t specify that you have to see Dr. Kanelos. Everyone is capable of seeing from children to adults.

  • The receptionist at the front desk was awesome! I was feeling really bad and was in a bad mood but she made me laugh and made the check in process very smooth! Even with all of the paper work that needs to be filled out as a first time patient everything went very smooth and she was helpful and very friendly! The doctor was also very kind and friendly. He took the time in the room to get to know me personally and not just write a prescription and leave. He made me feel completely at ease and I loved that! He gave me an antibiotic and one prescription and 5 days later I was as good as new!

  • They doctor is extremely thorough. The staff is very cooperative and helps you with any problem. The doctor is concerned with the patient's individual health. My wife had an issue and he would not drop the issue until he found out what it was.

  • It is convenient. They have long hours. They are open at night and on Saturday. There are several doctors available. The doctors seem awesome. The only thing is sometimes through the office help, things get misconstrued like passing a phone message from a nurse to a doctor. With regard to availability, it depends on what we call for. If we call because we are sick, they will pretty much get us in. But if we call for a physical because we need one, it takes six months. I would definitely use them again in the future.

  • she recommended temporary relief from medication and referral to physical therapy. after calling the office many times finally got a manager to help me. approx 7 weeks later , after threatening legal action, received a referral for physical therapy. have now been taking an addictive medication for 6 weeks longer than i should have. i feel this was negligent care, the staff is so rude and incompetent. i now see another practice and dont trust cotswold family practice at all.

  • I have used this dentist for the past couple of years. They have always been very kind and professional. Dr. McCord is very thorough. They have state of the art equipment that found a crack at the back of a tooth that a previous office did not locate. I highly recommend this office.

  • We were originally patients of Piedmont Family Practice at Tega Cay when Dr Derrick Blackwell (whom we loved) was still the primary physician there. When he left, we were automatically transferred to Dr. Herring's care. Apart from the occasional illness, we rarely see our physician, so this seemed fine for the short term. Shortly before our son's birth, I met with Dr. Herring to determine if she would be a good fit for his primary care also. She seemed kind and polite but her answers to a few of our questions did make us wonder if she would be a long- term fit for us. However, we did not imagine that she was not competent.
    Fast forward to my son's one- week check up. In a completely unprofessional manner, Dr. Herring expressed shock that our son was not circumsized. We later learned (after switching to another doctor's office when my son was two months old) that Dr. Herring also repeatedly failed to inform us of basic newborn care such as giving our newborn daily Vitamin D drops.
    When my son was a little over one month old, I had some minor illnesses I went to see Dr. Herring about. Despite having my newborn with me and repeatedly mentioning I was nursing, she prescribed not one, but TWO different medications that were UNSAFE for me to take while nursing. Thankfully, my pharmacist double checked again when I asked and flat out told me not to use either. At this point my husband had also had some prescription issues with the office and we began the search for another doctor. In the meantime, we still had yet to endure my son's two month check up. On this occasion, after running through the usual metrics and assessments, Dr. Herring casually mentioned to me that she was surprised that he wasn't focusing more on faces and I should consider having him screened for autism. As a new mother, I of course went into a complete panic and left the office in tears. Immediately upon further research. I realized how preposterous her comment was. There is simply NO WAY ON EARTH to assess a two- month old for autism. It was irrational, inconsiderate, uninformed, and unprofessional to suggest otherwise. That was the last time we set foot in that office.
    As far as the office staff at the time goes, we found them to be uninterested and unfriendly. Despite an empty waiting room and no phone calls, we would often be awkwardly standing directly in front of the front desk waiting to check out while they could not even be bothered to look up from the file/ paperwork they were reading. Phone calls to the office were almost always answered but rarely was I able to do more than schedule an appointment on the first try. Ironically, the only thing that required minimal confusion was having our files transferred to another practice.

  • Dr Hatchell listened and communicated with patience and thoroughness in understanding my symtoms. He then proceeded quickly with testing and management based on a complete, professional and compassionate evaluation. I, like many people, have lost a bit of faith in the 5 minute, throw some antibiotics at you approach to patients. When you don't complain about every little thing and then a patient gets the courage or helplessness to seek in life altering pain, it is refreshing to feel that your physician takes pride in his profession, treats you with respect and seems to genuinely care about your health. Thank you.

  • Dr. Frank is listed as the primary care doctor and we use whoever is available. They are all professional and we have had good experience with them. We are usually able to get in the same day if something is wrong. They are close by so it is easy for us to go there. The office is professional and they are not abrupt or abrasive. Most of our kids are older kids now and they are pretty good with them. Our youngest son is sixteen; he in a way acts well with them as they are usually joking around. We also take our granddaughter there, who is in third grade, and she likes them too.

  • Great doctors, nice office and friendly staff.

    We have been using this provider since we moved into town a few years ago.

    They are getting more busy as the local population grows, but we are happy with them for all of our regular medical needs.
