First, in an effort to help save on diagnostic cost, he helped me figure out over the phone what was wrong, figured out the part we'd need, he then ordered the part and came out for the repair once the part arrived. The stove was repaired and works great.

    I found Casey and Mason Dixon Appliance Repair through Angie's list. Our Whirlpool refrigerator had started making a loud knocking sound. He was here the next day and identified the problem as a bad damper and said he would be back the next day with the part. When he returned and opened the box the part did not match even though the part number on the box was correct. He then found this was a common problem and ordered the part directly from Whirlpool. The same wrong part was sent. Upon further research he found that our part was no longer being made and the wrong part, which would not work was being substituted. It's frustrating to know a very expensive refrigerator that is not that old needs a part that is obsolete. The best thing about this bad situation is, after three trips to our house to work on our refrigerator Casey didn't charge us anything. I highly recommend Casey and his company.

    It went very well. James is very responsive. He helped identify what part was needed and was able to do the repair on one trip. Afterward, we noticed the control knobs were a little off balance. James responded and came back out to make the adjustment at no charge. James is a real professional, and takes a lot of pride in his workmanship.

    The GE PROFILE worked except the fan would not stop running when the door was closed unless a piece of paper was put inside the door to keep the contacts from touching, they fumbled around for 2 hours and when they left they had blown the motherboard (a $260.00) piece, and we did not any longer have a working microwave. what more can i say - for only $69.95, they destroyed my working EXPENSIVE microwave. I had to go out and buy a small microwave and now must buy one to replace they one they destroyed. they now go by the name MICRO APPLIANCE SERVICE, LLC. same phone #.

    Casey was amazing. He did a very thorough job, and explained every possible issue that he was checking. I thought it was the heating element since that has gone out before, but he found it was the thermostat. I would definitely hire him again for any appliance issue.

    Repairman was able to repair the fridge on the spot as needed door sensor replaced to activate light. Perfect. After looking at the range he stated that a part had to be ordered to repair the ignition system on the range. We paid for the repair and he said he would be in touch when the part came in. After a couple weeks we received a voice message to schedule as the part was in. Started to play the phone tag game for another week. Then the guy just disappears... after trying to call for the past 2+ months we get no reply. Not sure if he went out of business...certainly can understand why with that level of customer service. Very disappointed as was reviewed highly on Angie's List.
