We have been sending our son here for two years. We have loved this school and highly recommend it. Our son has a peanut allergy and they go above and beyond to ensure his safety. I also love that when children transition rooms, they go with their classmates. They have a very active curriculum. Our son is 2.5 and can count to 14, knows his ABC's, all his colors, all animals, more songs than I do, among other things. It has been a great experience for us!!

Steele Creek Physical Therapy & Balance Center
I have been going to this physical therapy center for approximately six weeks to rehab my shoulder. Jon has been nothing short of amazing and awesome. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and will push you hard in order to make you better. I have been to several other facilities in the past, and this is by far the best one. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Jon is an outstanding therapist, I would highly recommend to anyone who needs some help. His professionalism, knowledge, and experience really show, and you can tell he loves helping people get better. I will go here if needed in the future and will absolutely recommend to others.

The massage was a good one and the therapist was friendly and listened to my requests.  She focused on the areas I was most concerned with and did her best to relieve my pain.  The hours of the office are not very condusive to someone working a M-F 9-5 job.

I pulled a muscle in my back and set up an appointment for what I thought was a massage. Even though I arrived 15 minutes early, I still waited for a half hour before I was seen. Then, during the long intake process, I again asked for a massage. After two hours of telling my story, and being poked an X-rayed, I was told to come back in a week. No massage, no help of any sort for my back. The office waiting area (which I became very familiar with) is right out in the main walking area. You have to move out of the way whenever anyone wants to pass by. There seemed to be an over abundance of staff. Most seemed to be milling about without anything to do. Overall a very uncomfortable experience. The question below about service being performed is hard to answer. They did something but it wasn't what I went there for.

Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Fort Mill
I think some of the teachers are really great! Like said in another review, there is a very high turnover rate! My son started in 150 and it was great. I did have an issue when he moved into 200 where he sippy cup that we had to bring in for him had not been cleaned properly for sometime and it had black mold growing all in the inside of the lid. I brought this to the attention of the director and it was corrected immediately. My main issues came when he moved into 250. He would come home with scratches all over his neck and face and no one knew what happened to him. Then one day he lost his lovie. No one knew what happened to it. The teacher did not help look for it at all and I ended up going to the director. He looked for it and I ended up having to leave without it. Anyone whose child has a certain thing that he/she loves knows how difficult this was over the weekend without it. The director came to the conclusion that my son had thrown it away while playing in the trash can. My question was why he was playing in the trashcan. I was given no response. Then a couple of weeks later, my son fell and hit his head. I was notified that it was not a big deal, no ice was needed, and that he was fine. When I picked him up not an hour later, he had a huge blue and purple knot on his forehead! NO ONE saw this!! I could not believe it! He didn't get any ice on it or anything. This was the last straw for me and I pulled him after this. Some of my other concerns about the facility in general, are that it seems to not be very clean. The toys don't seem to be cleaned very thoroughly. Also the food is mainly frozen and not freshly cooked. Just not my cup of tea I guess. I have heard lots of other parents who loved it there but I did not. Hope this helps when you go and tour. Maybe take a closer look at the rooms and how clean they are.

    The Spa at Ballantyne
I did the spa sampler. 25 minutes massage/general facial/pedi/mani. One thing that I like about this spa is that you are able to use the amenities at the hotel. When you are there you can use the Spa, pool, resort, indoor and outdoor pool also. I did have to ask for a key to access the area (they do not tell you this option on the general tour). The hotel was very busy (MLK weekend) and there were a lot of kids around the area. I understand, I have 3 kids, but I was looking for some relaxation. And 4 separate kids came into the hot tub, even though it said and quot;nobody under 16 allowed.and quot; This is not the spas fault, just giving the information.

The waiting area is so nice and relaxing. The steam room was great and there is also a sauna. A beautiful simulated fireplace, complimentary tea, apples, and nut snack. They do have a lunch/dinner/alcohol drink menu that I saw others ordering from. They give you a comfy robe, locker and sandals. I found the sandals tight and somewhat uncomfortable, I would suggest getting a bigger size then normal.
Massage was so relaxing, (I think his name was Jay) and he gave just the right amount of pressure. I was having some lower back discomfort prior to going, and it was resolved afterwards! Facial was fine (Leigh Ann I think), they did not exfoliate with this sampler. Mani/pedi delightful. Technician very personable. I thought I left my hair band in one of the treatment rooms, and the attendant was very helpful and tried to search for me. She was apologetic when she could not help me find it. In the end I found it in my locker!
The price is a bit high, $205, and they add 20% on automatically. However, they did not require a credit card to hold these reservation, and I felt the price was worth it. Definitely one of the best spas I have been to and I have been to quite a few in the New England area and beyond. Worth saving your pennies to attend or save for a special occasion.

The massage was good but the scheduling of it was a pain in the butt. They are available 2 or 3 hours a day on weekdays for scheduling. I went to them 2 weeks ago to get the massage done; around the 3rd of January. You have to be able to come in the morning or in the middle of the afternoon, and if you work it's really difficult. I had to wait until I had days off to be able to use it. They do massages as a complement to their physical therapy service so it's not like a spa.

I really like him. He's really a caring man. He cares about adjusting you. He'll give me tips like drinking lots of water and special exercises to do. If my neck still hurts the next day, he'll adjust me for free. He's very personable and spends lots of time with each patient.

Mark, Dr. Ozie M. /Gonstead Family Chiropractic
Dr. Ozzie gave me the Angie's list price, which he said he had not been a member
of Angie's list for 3 yrs., which I thought was generous.
Dr. Ozzie was a nice man. But I felt uncomfortable in the office as a woman, with no
assistant or other woman present. He said he was in the process of hiring a new office person.
He took xrays and treated me. His adjustment was ok.
He confirmed that my neck had arthritis, like my present Chiroprator had, I decided
to stay with my current Chiropractor of 8 yrs.

The massage therapist had the perfect blend of professional and personal.  She asked about my specific problems and my tolerances for discomfort during therapeutic massage.  she offered advice for helping my plantar fasciitis and I left there feeling better, but even more, I did not call my chiropractor this morning as I had planned because of the back pain I had been experiencing due to recent travel.  I have had other massages, but Dell made me feel like I was important and had specific needs, not like I was a person she had a routine she must follow on.
