    Service Advisor told me to get an oil consumption test. They had issues and were fixing the cars with problems. Started the test 3 times. I kept driving over millage. They said I passed the test. Also said I needed new brakes. They had been replaced the day before. You could see they were new. Called half hour later said I didn't pass the test. The tech had added oil to look like it passed. They would pay for the $8,000 repairs needed. 3 days later said I didn't qualify because over 150,000 miles. Clearly they knew this all 3 times they started the test. The sticker they gave me showed the millage when I needed to return. Paperwork noted my millage. Brent the manager said he couldn't find where it had been done more then once....i have their own paperwork stating it was a restart....havent heard from him in almost 2 months. Mike O'Leary was going to get to the bottom of it..... Haven't heard from him in a month. At least they didn't try to replace my muffler bearings...... They deleted my review on Facebook.

    JUST RIGHT AUTO
    These people were a rip-off. I have an 05 Ford Explorer. A/C wasn't working and there was a clicking sound. I looked online and already knew it was a blend door problem (actuator) before I took my car there. It believe it was the summer of 2014, and had moved to the area recently. They were referred to me by a friend. Sure enough that's what they told me it was. They also told me that I needed a compressor., that it was going to fail, although fixing the blend door would give me cold air. After speaking with them, I told them to go ahead and just fix the blend door. The next summer, I had no AC again. I figured the compressor went. I ended up bringing it to a young man who worked out of his garage. He told me the compessor was running very smoothly, and just needed a recharge. It is now 2016, and the compressor is still running strong. Angie's list is now free........so I jumped on this because it bothers me to this day that they wanted to replace my perfectly fine compressor. Also, ever since they did that, in the winter there is cold air coming from under neath the dash where they had to replace the actuator.... I'm so angry with them and would NEVER go back.

    Mr. Transmission Complete Auto Care
    From my initial call to Mr. Transmission to the day I picked up everything went very smoothly.  Dean told me what was wrong, gave me an estimate and fixed my truck in just a couple of days.  When I picked it up he explained everything to me and even show me where my transmission failed on a model trans. he has in his waiting room.  He carefully went over the paperwork and warranty and told me to bring it back in a week so he could check everything to insure that the repair has done all that it should.
    I can heartily recommend this repair shop to anyone and I would definitely use them again for any of my vehicles.

    Mr. Transmission Complete Auto Care
    I recently had my transmission fluid changed at a dealer. Shortly after my tranmission started slipping on acceleration from a stop. Mr. Transmission ran diagnostics and drove the van several times but could find no problems. Even though they spent time evaluating my vehicle, they did not charge me. Fortunately my van is running fine, but I will take it back to them if I start having problems again.

    They were okay, but I had to have some work done. They're through a warranty company. I had a deductibles associated with it, and I noticed when they gave me the print out for the bill, they added an extra $100 onto the price of their job, this is to get an extra $100 from the warranty company. I made an adjustment and sent me a copy of my invoice again, with someone who actually tried to do my signature on the invoice. It was pretty bad. I would never use them again, there was no way. I don't trust them at all. They took care of the problem, I think it was taken care on a decent time frame, the punctuality was pretty good.

    They have been my service provider for 20+ years.  They always go beyond what I expect (they take the car out for a test drive, they contact other service providers to help w/ a problem they can't do - in this case, I need to have some minor body work done and they had a body shop look at my car - no extra cost to me.) Their prices are always very reasonable.  When I pick up the car, I talk with the service tech to get all the details.

    I get a super job for the oil change. It will give me 6000 miles coverage on the oil change, so it is high quality oil. The people there love Toyotas, and I drive a Toyota. For them, it's personal. They are very efficient. The few times I've had to leave it, they have managed to take me back to the house and provide those types of services. They do a very good job of explaining on the front end exactly what's involved. With auto repair, we don’t know what we are going to get into sometimes until we get under the hood. There are no surprises when we go pay. They give us the option of doing this, that or the other if they discover something. I am getting pretty close to the 6000 point, so I will be seeing them soon.

    Called and made an appointment. This was my first time with them. After reading the reviews on Angies List. Everyone was very nice and friendly. No pressure for additional services. Cost was lower than Firestone where I use to get service, and was also a lot quicker. No one called every five minutes finding another problem. Mechanic kept me informed as to what was going on and explained things simply. Will be taking my other vehicles to Fishers.

    michael chase was my service advisor and was great.he is honest and and very personable.i got new front and rear brakes along with a transmission drain and fill.tire rotation and oil change.i have been to other honda dealers but with the service at dick brooks honda,i will be making a return trip.will reccomend family and friends to see michael chase.ive dealt with alot of service advisors and he was great when it comes to answering my questions and he is honest and wont try to push a sale.he only recomends something if you really need it.my brakes turned out great.will return and spread the word.dick brooks honda treats customers right.

    was told repair would take an hour. Asked to schedule time when I could get in and out in an hour. Was told to be there at 10am on a day, arrived right on time. Did not leave until noon, two hours later.
