    AWFUL! I tried them they broke a piece of plastic at the bottom left hand corner or my drivers side windshield; that the window fit in. I did not notice until it rained and my drivers side carpet floor became soaked! It took a while to figure out where the water was coming from. I called them and was told tough luck! What?? Not the same car one year later, and lots of glue on the plastic piece, the cheap glass they used just began to crack from the edge up to the middle of the window. This company is no good!

    I pulled into the vacuum bay and told the attendant which wash I wanted.  I was given a ticket, exited my car, and waiting inside until the car went through the wash bay.  The attendants vacuumed my car, then drove my car to the automatic wash bay.  Once my car left the wash bay, it was driven to the drive way area, where other attendants cleaned my tires, dried the car, wiped the dash, cleaned the windows, applied air freshener, etc.  It's a very quick process and I like the fact that they offer discounts on certain days and at certain times.  I also like the fact that they give you a free wash after so many paid washes.  The only complaint I have is that twice I've had to take my car back to the vacuum area and ask them to vacuum under my floor mats.  It seems they only vacuum the mats and not underneath and this is skipping steps in my opinion.  There is a lot of accumulated sand under my mats and I feel they should vacuum the mats and under them as well.  They used to do this, so I think someone is just skipping steps because they don't feel like doing it, honestly.  That is why I give a C for quality and a C for professionalism.  I really do like this car wash though; I've been coming here for years.

    When I pulled in, I paid for my car wash at the pay machine with my debit card. I like this car wash because it doesn't let you pull forward if another car was waiting to go first. It lets each car go based on who got their first. Other places I've been you pay and just go, based on whoever gets ahead of the other. Once I paid, I was directed forward by the attendant who ensured I was on the track correctly and made sure my windows were all up. The car was then guided through and I pulled out of the bay. The vacuum is free and the vacuum bays are always very clean (unlike other car washes I've been to). The vacuums are very high powered and never lose suction (also unlike other car washes I've been to). It's a quick, thorough clean and a pleasant experience. Very clean car wash and maintained very well!

    They are dependable, a good group of folks. They tell you exactly what you need and they are trustworthy. I can't think of anything that I dislike. They don't charge you for things unless it is necessary or whenever you tell them to you need them to look at something, they will take a look at it without necessarily charging you for an assessment fee. They will tell you what's wrong with it and tell you what you need to do to fix it, whatever it should be. The quality of their service is awesome. Anything that I have done with them, I don't have to worry about it causing further problems. They help me whenever I call in to let them know that I'm coming. I usually travel out and they are right across from the airport, so they will take me over to the airport and by the time that I come back, the car is ready. So it's always been good for me. I've never had to wait on my car.

    My mom referred him to me, the owners name is Tommy Furtick, and I had the best experience there, its right in the middle of nowhere. He was real good, very open and honest, and he saved me a bunch of money, my auto guy told me to get more things done, and Tommy told me that what they told me I need not have it done. He told me everything was fine, and we talked about the tires, my auto guy told that the ones in front were really worn out and was ready to be replaced, and I got them less than a year ago, the one in the front is a little bit worn, but not that bad, and I asked him, if he could rotate it for me and he said sure, and he told me he would charge $10, for it. I was supposed to get the rotation for free from my auto guy, but I decided to have him do those, as it would cost me the same amount of gas for me to go there and get it done. My mum and my sister had used him, he was very reasonable with his charges with them. He gave me a very honest and good deal. If he can't do the job for me, he has people he can refer me to.
