He came out promptly within a few days to give us a quote. It was a huge job and we didn't want to spend what he originally quoted us for and he knew that. So he offered alternative services that were in our budget. He worked with us and did a fantastic job with everything. When I have any questions about anything yard or landscape related I don't hesitate to give him a call. And no matter what time he usually answers or calls me right back. AEXTREME LANDSCAPINGWe were so pleased with Scott's service last month that we called him back to remove some excess mulch and leftover sod and palettes from our yard. I called him yesterday and he came out today. As always he was prompt with service and a pleasure to deal with. We will be having him come back out in a month or so to plant some more palm trees because we were so happy with the first one he planted in our front yard. AFairway Moving Services was outstanding! We had a lot to move, including 3 armoires and a piano and two flights of stairs to manage. Not a single item was damaged nor was a wall or floor even scuffed. Each man on the crew was exceedingly polite and took the greatest care. It was a very long day for all of us, and while they worked quickly they also were patient enough to rearrange pieces a few times at our new location. They were as pleasant at the end of the day, when they certainly must have been exhausted, as they had been at the first of the morning. We were simply blown away by the positive experience they provided. A+++

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
